    Routine

    Following the Routine Creation thread, as well as the TGC Theory and LOT Theory to formulate the routine seen below.

    Loss of Tug: Downward (will focus stretches upward)
    TGC Theory: Tunica is Limiting Factor (routine will be 70% length 30% girth)

    Cycle: 3 on 1 off
    Workout time: 52 mins
    • 10 min warmup
    • 22 min working
      • 14 minutes length
        • 10 minutes mixed upward stretches
          • 30 second holds
          • Helicopter shakes in between stretches

        • 2 minutes outward stretches
          • 30 second holds
          • Helicopter shakes in between stretches

        • 4 minutes downward stretches
          • 30 second holds
          • Helicopter shakes in between stretches

      • 6 minutes girth
        • Squeezes (6 minutes focused toward glans)
          • 5 second hold per rep

    • 20 min edging

                            Cracked and watched porn during edging. Need to cut porn out completely, and simply skip edging sessions until the physical stimulation is enough on its own.

                            Will take new measurements at the one month mark, and adjust programming from there. Should also look into pelvic floor balance.
