Morning everyone,
I've known about PE since 2013 and I dig out some stats:
- 19x14.5 (7.5x5.71)
I don't remember whether it was after workout, before or how I've measured it. I just take it as it is.
The weirdest thing is that I haven't grown in length or can't measure it properly for 7 years.
I am adding more stats from 2015 & 2016:
- 19x13.5 (7.5x5.31)
Lost a bit in girth in that time. I remember doing the JP90 and sticking to it religiously in terms of reps. But I have not been consistent with it for ages.
So let's put everyone up to speed. I started again on 10 April 2020 with a JP90 on a day on, day off:
- 19x13.5 (7.5x5.3)
A few more measurements since then:
30 April - 2 days on, 1 day off
(After workout measures)
- BPEL - 19x15 (7.5x5.9)
- Flaccid - 14x13 (5.5x5.1)
(Before workout measures)
- BPEL - 18x14
- Flaccid - 13x11
10 May
(After workout measures)
- BPEL - 19x15 (7.5x5.9)
From 12 May- 5 days on, 2 days off
2 June
(After workout measures)
- BPEL - 19x14 (7.5x5.5)
- Flaccid - 16x12 (6.3x4.7)
So I've been doing the JP90 since 10 April and increased the stretches from 10 to 20 on each side and also changed when I do the girth exercises - i started doing them at the beginning.
Honestly I think I attribute my biggest gains in terms of girth to the incorporation of a Uli (if i'm not mistaken) while doing kegels up to 100 and then still holding the Uli edging for a count of 100 more (overall 200) after each set.(continuing the hold with one hand).
So i did the same today, but from the stats I haven't moved an millimetre in length and actually shrunk in girth. Maybe I've overtrained or something.
BTW I'm taking multivitamins, B12 and D3 everyday and when I remember one tea spoon each of amla powder & turmeric.
Based on the stats, I think I need to get back to day on, day off. What do you guys think I should do?

No. I think it'd be best to complete the 90 days of the JP90, then look at more intense exercises to do later.
The way you describe your Uli method does seem way way too intense. Holding a Uli for a 100 kegels could be damaging.
Wait for the Uli until after the JP9003/2015 Start <Able to last ~ 2 mins PIV>

Thanks for the help, mate. I really appreciate it. You are right, doing the ULI + the 20 stretches on each side instead of the 10... Yes, def overtraining it.
The measurements are also weird for me. When I measure it with the curvature I'm 20, straight - 19. I will take the small win I guess.Just measured this morning:

I got back to doing the same routine on a day on, day off since the 2 June. I also bought L-arginine 1000mg and I started taking it one pill per day, so I will measure that as well until the next month's measurement.
I will stop the Uli for the last month of the JP90. Do you think I should lower the stretches to 10 as well?

Hi all,
Not truly active online and in the forum for couple of weeks. I was sticking to the regime - 1 day on, 1 day off. Stoped the ULIs as @incogneeetoe suggested, but don't see much of a difference in the BPEL.
I've started incorporating on the off days, pumping with a regular hand pump - Tracey Cox EDGE Ultimate Performance Stamina Penis Pump. Gradually starting from 5min and I'm up to 15min today (3x5min) with 1-2 min of break. Happy to say I think I hit 21cm (8.27") while in the pump. Can't honestly tell, as I'm off the scale, but about a cm on top of the 20cm.
Mixed feelings, honestly can't wait for the 10th July to stop for couple of weeks and then move on to an advanced routine. Time will tell.

Yesterday I did a good 21 min of pumping - 4x5ish min each time, on my off day.
Just did my last day from the first 90 days doing my variation of the JP90.
I am still on the 1 day 1 day off regime, without the ULI. Hard to say my exact measurements, as I swear I saw 21cm after the daily work, but it quickly faded with me trying to stay hard and focused on measuring and bla bla bla.I need to get back to meditating and be more in tune with what I'm doing...
So for the sake of record, let's reduce it to 20.5cm:

- BPEL - 20.5x14.5 (8.07x5.7)
Not a bad 3 months with almost 0.6" in length gain and 0.4" in girth gain, but it could be better. Honestly it gets annoying doing it for 3 months and almost not seeing any major increase. But it is what it is.
My plan is to take 2 weeks off and not do any PE related exercises and then move to the "Jelq-Free" routine and incorporate a clamp in that routine as well. Also I plan on getting the QEP device at some point to reduce the time spend doing PE and just focus more on work.

Today, 24th July was my first training since the 11th July. Starting with the "Jelq-Free" Routine (6 weeks on, 1 week off) on a day on, day off basis.
This is what I did today:
1. Warmup
2. Squeeze - 30 reps, rest every 10; Hold for 10 seconds
3. Side to side stretches - 400 - rest every 100
4. Warmdown
The squeeze was a seemingly easy exercise, but I got tired pretty quick. I will report on the progress in the future on the progress.

1. Warmup - around 10min under the shower
2. Squeeze - 40 reps, rest every 10; Hold for 10 seconds
3. Side to side stretches - 600 - rest every 100
4. Warmdown - around 10 min
All in all, it takes me around an hour to do it all. Patience is a virtue.

Just did a morning pump session.
25 min overall - 5x5 min with big breaks in between to avoid swelling.

I might be sticking with those numbers for a while, as it takes about an hour for the whole routine. Maybe I will break it into two days at some point in the future. The results will tell.
