Did a rough BPEL with the tailor tape (still waiting on wooden ruler)
WOW now i know the gains seem extreme for 6 weeks but remember at some point in my 20's i was BPEL 15.5-16cm so i think most of it is just getting back to its former glory and some...
I've never seen it edge towards 17 cm however and the feeling was amazing

Quick comment also sex time has gone from 2 minutes to easily 15+ minutes it's now a matter of cardiovascular health rather than pre e...
I think that's all due to body weight squats.
And i'm only a week down on adding squats to my routine.
Now don't take this as gospel if you have pre e as in my 20's i didn't struggle whilst i was fit..

Ok so i can't rest on not knowing
Im increasing my routine to 6 days on 1 off
And i'm adding 2 minutes daily to my routine until it's an HOUR of both exercises.
So next routine will be:
Warm up: shower
Directional stretch: 32 minutes (increasing by 2 minutes daily until it hits one hour)
Wet jelq: 32 minutes (same as above)
Push ups: 25
Body weight squats: 46

Only change im making is increasing stretches to one minute each direction instead of 30 seconds as of tonight. Along with adding 2 minutes per session like mentioned.

Ok so after increasing time for 2 weeks or so i've come to the conclusion that it isn't helping especially with pi's...
I will be doing the remainder of this jp90 program with 20 minutes on each exercise..
I haven't noticed anything positive come from upping the time and it exerts far more effort.
I may also revert back to 5-2 but i will access that this coming saturday.
(6-1 will be maintained at 20 minutes each)

Weekly update
Warm up (5-10 minute HOT shower) (maybe 2-3 minutes of using my hand as a cup under the penis so the hot water focuses the penis)
Stretch 1 minute 4 directional 20 minutes (Down.. Left(against thigh).. Right(against thigh).. 75% upward to vertical) <-- Similar to a high erection angle) Gripped about 1 cm below the glands..(seems to create a squeeze above the foreskin which hasn't been an issue yet.. i mention this as the area above the foreskin looks fuller during the exercise)
Jelq wet 20 minutes (still alternating between 1-3 second strokes)
Both exercises done fully flaccid (Mostly it very rarely gets a touch harder if it does i continue but softer)
At this stage this will be the method until 90 days is complete and may even continue if gains persist...
Push ups 30 x 3-4 sets (increasing)
Squats 1 set of 60 (increasing)
EQ currently ideal and 100%..
Routine days 6/1 confirmed (for now)..

I took some terrible photos and uploaded them if anyone is interested via pm i will send the external link
They are pretty bad but they elaborate the length gain which is all it needed to do..
The initial photo was taken by my wife so it's pretty much perfect.. (starter)
The latest one was taken by me and i misjudged how difficult it was to maintain a good EQ whilst attempting to snap a photo whilst holding a ruler next to it..
However it still meets the measurements i've claimed(even with struggling eq)..
I might wait until i hit 18cm BPEL at least before i publicly add to my photo album..
But i have no issue sending an external link to the image upload site via pm
(especially if it adds to your motivation)
