    5/7/20 - 1 Month Warm Up Routine

    3 sessions every week
    10 min warm up
    Basic stretches
    10 min wet-jelq
    10 min warm down

    8/7 - added 10 min edging after jelq
    added 750mg L-Arginine
    added 2 caps Omega-3

    Great start, and good job creating a log. Take good starting measurements and set realistic goals, then be consistent. Log your work and ask questions as they arise.

        notes: I was supposed to jelq for 10 minutes but I felt a lil' somethin down the right side of my crotch. It wasn't painful or anything but yeah, I still stopped and decided to edge. Not in any kind of hurry hehe. I would take tomorrow off as well.
