    Hey fellas just your average 19yr old here. I figured it would be beneficial to myself to start a log. With the amount of spare time i have of not doing anything other than working or working on my car. Ive already taken measurments a tad late since i did not have measuring tape or a ruler. Why? people in my Trig class like to steal them. So im 3 weeks into JP Routine and i took a few measurments.

    I started 3 weeks ago but ill use today as a starting day since i took the measurments just now.
    Started: 5/21/09
    BPFL: 4 1/2"
    BPFSL: 6 3/4"
    BPEL: 6 1/4"
    EL: 6"
    EG: 5"

    Goals: (Im letting my goals vary since ill be happy with whatever i get in those areas)
    BPEL: 7 1/2" - 8 1/2"
    EL: 7 1/4" - 8"
    EG: 5 1/2" - 6 1/2" (Maybe more im more concerned with girth)

    Ill take another Measurment in another week and a half and see where i get to.
    Also quick question im not trying to take it overboard but does anyone reccommend doing their routine twice a day. Morning and Night? With this semester being over i have lots of free time and at the moment my car isnt giving me issues (knock on wood)

    Today before i left for summer school i decided to do a quick BPFSL measurment. To my surprise from my last post i now measure at 7" for my BPFSL. As soon as i get home i plan to do my workout and take the rest of the measurments afterwards. Things are looking good.

    So its been quite a while, I actually took 5 months off due to other priorities in life that were kicking my ass mainly college. I started back up again restarting JP90 day program. I also decided to take the time to re-measure and to my surprise my BPEL is now 6.5" and my BPFSL is now 7". Why I found it so surprising was because that i had only gotten about two and half months through the 90 day program didnt think I wouldve seen any improvements until November had I kept up with PE. Well im back on it again. My Short Term goal for now is a BPEL of 7" and see if i can get the EG to 5.5"

    I Reset my Long Term Goals to
    BPEL 8.5"
    EG 6.5"

    Luckily for me life is own its way back around so now i plan on sticking to a strict routine, i have a great feeling for 2010.
