    I started around 6/8-6/15, not really sure, wasn't too consisitent during this time, mostly just trying out the routine and making sure the exercises feel right. I would say around 6/21 I started getting consistent with my routine. Finally started a spreadsheet tracking my journey on Jul 6th.

    Routine:
    JP-90 almost exactly as stated in the instructions. 2 days on 1 day off.
    Starting today (7/15) gong to try to get through jelqs and all edging without porn on in the background. Currently using pics from Tinder matches.
    Deviations:
    1. "Tomahawks" instead of helicopters during the stretches, I'm just not that coordinated and this seems to be similar enough.
    2. Edging after completing jelqing. Had been climaxing at the end, but today decided to not climax and see how this goes.
    3. Taking a hot shower instead of using a heating pad after jp-90 + edging
    4. Recently started to do kegels when I have erections and during edging, also even more recently started adding in ULI's when I have erections / edging.


    I am going to try to start adding edging sessions with ULI's if I find the time during the day, maybe just first thing in the morning.

    Supplements:
    (jul-8): L-Arginine
    (jul-16): L-Lysine, Lecithin, Multi-vitamin
    (jul-20): Jackxxx's semen volume increase smoothie minus the omega man(others had reported increased libido and eq while taking this and seems pretty healthy), initial ingredients cost me around $150 (mostly amazon) although he claimed it was only like $30 without the protein.

    Size:
    Starting 7/6:
    BPEL: 5.875" (think I was a little below this but I didn't take any measurements the first 2-3 weeks)
    EG: 4.9" - 5" ; I really suck at taking this measurement

    Current 7/15:
    BPEL: 6.125" (Don't think I have gained a full 0.25" in the last week, I changed rulers and this one has less "un-marked extension" at the end)
    EG: 4.9" - 5" ; again, I really suck at taking this measurement
    Also notice during normal workouts (mainly rowing machine) that my FL is longer and feel it flapping around unlike before where (especially during workouts) it is at max shrinkage, seemed kinda cool


    GOAL:
    Short-term:
    BPEL: 7.5"
    MEG: 5.5"
    Mostly concerned about length but if I get to 7" in length I will start adding more girth exercises if it isn't progressing as well.

    Long-term:
    9x6.5. Not sure this is possible but this is what I will shoot for unless I settle down again with someone that is not okay with this.

    Also working on EQ and sex-drive. Think this is already improving, not sure if supplements, kegels or ULI's.


    Tools:
    1. Regular heating pad from walmart, not quite the wet one suggested, but this is much easier and allows me the least amount of inconvience for kicking off my routine
    2. Equate Beauty Advanced Healing Ointment / Skin Protectant (Really happy with this as a lubricant, good for the skin and doesn't really dry up)



    Other Notes:
    I have the pro-extender and bathmate, but not ready to incorporate those. I used them for a few weeks last year and then just dropped them. I already feel more cemented into this routine. Had a couple of unwanted side effects from using those, probably from me being over-zealous with them. Had numbness from the pro-extender which caused a lot of trouble climaxing during sex. Also woke up a few mornings and had erections that would only go away with running, not even climaxing would cause it to go away (not sure what was really the base-cause of this, but the timing aligned with the pe back then)

    Sorry for the wall of text. Just posting my routine and welcome any feedback if I could make improvements

    Going forward I plan on doing the JP-90 for another couple of months, and might make adjustments depending on how the measurements are going. I kind of want to start doing more but don't want to over-train. Slow and steady wins the race.

    Today:

    Woke up and did 30 minutes of edging with no climax, only 1 maybe two PONR's. Did a few ULI's during the session as well

    JP-90
    1. about 50% erection for jelqs and about 60-70% erection for the v-jelqs
    2. 20 minutes of edging at the end; 3-4 ponr and 2-3 ULI's, no climax

      EG: 4.9" - 5" ; I really suck at taking this measurement
      If you don't have a reliable tailors tape (.99 cents free delivery ebay)
      Grab your phone charger wrap it around when FE and measure it on a tape.
      Or anything that acts like string that has no elasticity...
      It will get you close enough.

        Yeah I bought a tailors tape about a week ago. It's just I am trying to get the MEG so not sure if I am measuring at the same spot each time. I was trying to use the 1inch mark as the start and that caused some issues with overlap or spiraling (although I realize that is dumb as the 1" mark on the tape is accurate from the edge so will stop doing that and it should fix it). Lastly again I think this will also go away with using the starting edge of the tape was but I could pull the tape really tight from both ends and it would cut into my erection and reduce the measurement. By the time I got everything adjusted, erection gone. I think I will get better at this though.

          In hindsight probably should have rested, as felt soreness at base of shaft and had decreased measurements (like 1/8") (negative PI's(?))
          JP-90 - did really slow (10-20 sec reps (two hands = 1)) and somewhat light jelqs on this day

          7-19:
          rest day, no edging

          7-20:
          Adding Jackxxx's semen volume increase smoothie to nutrition intake, exact recipe minus the Omega Man, as I couldn't find this (doesn't taste near as bad as expecting)

          Woke up about an hour early to a somewhat intense erection, realised after about 10 minutes it wasn't going away (Priapism(?)). Masturbated still there after climax, ran-in-place for about 15 minutes and it let up just enough to not be too painful, went back to sleep for about an hour and when I woke up it was gone.
          Rest-day

          Notes:
          Might add a couple of more rest days becasue of the priapism(?) this am. Also seems like my length has rescended about an 1/8".
          My jelq-sessions were lasting about 30-45 minutes (150 jelqs plus 90 v-jelqs (2 hands = 1 rep)) so I think I am going too slow on reps and possibly too much intensity, the regular jelqs feel really good as I feel a good amount of blood being pushed through the penis, but not sure what caused the priapism(?) this morning and the last time that happened was when I was toying with the pro-extender and bathmate last year, so not sure if it is from the stretching or jelqing but probably has to do with the pe. Maybe also just to do with the supplements and increase eq that I was starting to notice an underlining issue that is arrising. Prior to starting PE my EQ wasn't the best but it still didn't prevent me from sex, but it definitely wasn't where I wanted it. If the priapism(?) issue persist, I'll ask my doctor but figure at this point he might tell me to stop PE in which I really don't want to do.

          Also, unrelated, I noticed my flacid girth is about the same as my EG; is this normal? Didn't think too much of it, but looking at a lot of measurements I see on here and from some of the studies (grower / shower chart) this doesn't seem normal. Anything I should read into this?

            jp-90, jelqs with 30-50% erection; started using a reverse grip and twisting hand during the stroke on every third jelq stroke and getting a lot of blood being pushed through the shaft and into the head, so much so that I felt a slight pop and minor pain in the head on one of the strokes (blood vessel pop(?)), so i went back to normal strokes for the remainder of the jelqs, good thing tomorrow is a rest day.

            • Have refrained from porn the last two weeks; still have been edging at end of sessions but not getting as many ponr's as I would like, so haven't been trying to add extra edging sessions to the mix yet.
            • Moring wood / eq has been best in years over the last few days. Lots of moving parts between jelqs, supplements, smoothie, new girl in the mix to get the negative energy out of my head from how my last relationship ended right at the beginning of the covid lockdowns. So not sure what to attribute it to, probably a little of everything

              Reason for change: focusing on more length gains

              Have a hot date on 7/30 so turning a PE day into a light day for a little extra rest

              Have a hot date that I have been looking forward to all week where I am expecting to hook up with this girl for the first time and I pull my quad pretty severly the night before, playing kickball
              Can barely walk, so pretty dissapointed as I have made some small gains and my EQ has been getting better and better. Not sure if I will try to delay the hook-up part of the date to the next date or try to power through it. She will be one of the hottest girls I have ever hooked up with, so very bummed to say the least.

              Notes:
              Still no porn, which does make edging more difficult. Morning wood has been the best it has been since I was a teenager (I am in my mid 30's), thinking back, I probably should have addressed this issue several years ago.

                Ended up taking another rest day as I was a little hung over from my date the night before. Date went great, hooked up with her and she was a lot of fun. I swear though my dick is allergic to condoms or something, EQ had been great and could tell a big difference with a condom on as far as how long I could stay hard without simulation (not very).

                Aug-1:
                jp-90 with mods: 130 extra jelqs instead of v-jelqs. Playing around with intensity and stroke length / speed on the extras. Tried short fast and intense strokes and got a lot of blood pushing through, it just seems some days a lot of blood moves and others not much at all. Today was a good day for blood movement.

                Aug-2:
                jp-90 with mods: 90 extra jelqs instead of v-jelqs

                Extra rest day as I am expecting sex on this day. Hooked up with girl mentioned on 7-30 again.

                jp-90 with mods: added 50 side-to-side stretches to normal jp-90 stretches to increase stretching duration and to add some focus on length, 90 extra jelqs instead of v-jelqs

                Notes:
                -It is taking me a while to climax during sex, I know this isn't the worst problem to have with a new partner, but I would like to cut it down from like 1 hr to about 15 minutes. I think maybe all the tugging on my dick desensitizes it some, any advice?
                -Seeing some length gains, although slowly, starting to hit 6.25" occasionally for bpel (started around 5.875"), with EQ it is anywhere from 6" to 6.25", so really not ready to mark it down just yet.

                  • Still having issues with cumming fast enough. I started watching some porn again just to give me something to picture to help get off when I want to with my new girl. It's odd because she is really hot and I am suprised I am not cumming in like 10 seconds. Some of it might be that she is into being restrained and stuff, so with all that going on it might just be overloading my brain. Hopefully I can back off the porn when sex with the new girl becomes more regular (she has had a busy schedule so like 1-2x per week) and I am less in my head when I am fucking her.
                  • Added s2s for length focus. Keeping it at about 60 reps for the time being as to not overtrain, just a way to add more stretch time before jelqs and to do something different as the directional stretches get a bit boring, 3 x per week
                  • Also really glad I started doing PE when I did. I was a bit down during the whole covid thing. I had just started dating a girl at the beginning of it and she broke it off a couple weeks into it, I was quite hurt and down about it, and with the whole isolation thing going on, it was hard to get over. About 6 weeks after doing pe I met this new girl who is a bit on the wild and open side sexually and I am not sure I would have been able to fuck her with the same confidence without it. Even though I have only gained about 3/8"-1/2" and still not near my goal, it still helped my mentality a lot.
