    Thanks to you guys that have posted your journals and workout logs here. I have picked up several good techniques that I am integrating into my own sessions. I started about a month ago and have kept my own log. I am transferring everything over here and will maintain my log here going forward. I like the idea of individual messages for each day so that's how I will shape this log. Please feel free to comment and add suggestions where you see me going wrong, or things I am doing well and could do better!

    If you read my forum intro post, you know that I've been a pumper off and on over the last 10 years or so - more off than on, though. Decided to finally get serious and get some real size gains this time and make them stick. I am using a VacuTech (they are the absolute BEST) flared 2x9 cylinder. I started my routine about a month ago doing the following:

    4/4/10

    10 min warm-up
    5 min warm towel
    3 min stretching
    2 min jelq

    Pump Session
    30 min pump session maintaining 3hg

    10 min warm down
    4 min jelq
    6 min warm towel and stretch

      Since I was just getting back into the game, I wanted to take it slowly coming back into the pump. The next day is more of the same:

      4/5/10

      10 min warm-up
      5 min warm towel
      3 min stretching
      2 min jelq

      Pump Session
      30 min pump session maintaining 3hg

      10 min warm down
      4 min jelq
      6 min warm towel and stretch

        Since I seemed to be settling in ok, I wanted to start increasing the pressure. I gave myself a break for a couple of days and gave a slight pressure increase:

        4/8/10

        10 min warm-up
        5 min warm towel
        3 min stretching
        2 min jelq

        Pump Session
        30 min pump session - base pressure 3hg with MAX of 5hg

        10 min warm down
        4 min jelq
        6 min warm towel and stretch

            After giving myself a break over the weekend, I decided to go into the next week increasing my pump sessions up to 45 minutes. Wit this increase, I had to take more frequent breaks - roughly 2-3 minutes of massage for every 10 minutes in the tube:

            4/11/10

            10 min warm-up
            5 min warm towel
            3 min stretching
            2 min jelq

            Pump Session
            45 min pump session - base pressure 3hg MAX 5hg
            Released from tube every 10 minutes or so for a 2-3 min massage. I tried to keep my erection at 60-70% to aide in blood-flow.

            10 min warm down
            4 min jelq
            6 min warm towel and stretch

              Today's session was more of the same. During all of my research, the consistent them was consistency - stick with a routine.

              4/12/10

              10 min warm-up
              5 min warm towel
              3 min stretching
              2 min jelq

                  Decided to come back over the weekend break and increase time. I am starting to see some gains at this point and the sessions are going really well. My flaccid length is noticeably longer and I'm feeling fuller. I haven't measured yet but if I had to guess, I would estimate that maybe 1/4" added to length and somewhere close to a 1/4" in girth. My primary objective at this point is girth (for reasons I will explain later) but not going to shy away from length increases! I am maintaining the routine but increasing pump time to 60 minutes. While I am taking less frequent breaks out of the tube, I am increasing the massage time to about 4 minutes. The hardest thing at this point is keeping my erection low (the massage feels REALLY good!)

                      Sadly, was only able to get in one session this week. But the session I was able to get in was pretty productive. I am about 30% packed in the tube at this point:

                        The long break actually helped in today's session. I could really feel a good stretch and I was able to achieve my pack (at @ 30%) much faster. I decided to change up the routine slightly and introduce more jelqing. I am finding more and more of this in my research. While I am maintaining my overall pump time, I am increasing my overall session time to integrate the increased jelq time:

                        15 min warm-up
                        5 min warm towel
                        5 min stretching
                        5 min jelq

                              I am finding that my increases are lasting longer and longer. I generally pump at night and when I wake up, my gains are still pretty evident. I am hanging a bit fuller in flaccid state more regularly now.

                              Okay. Finally broke down to the pressure (pun intended) and cranking up the pressure - but just a bit. Decided to increase up to a base of 4hg with occasional increases up to 7hg and taking my pump time up to 90 minutes. I am being careful in watching my tube time and I think I will maintain 90 minutes for quite a while. My erection quality isn't decreasing and I want to keep it that way.
