Created this log because I feel like this time I won't give up on the first couple of days (tried pe in 2016 but got disheartened).
Started with PE exercises August 3rd 2020 with the following measurements:
FG - Flaccid girth - 10,4cm/4.09"
FL - Flaccid Length - 6cm/2.36"
BPFL - Bone Pressed Flaccid Length - 8cm/3.15"
BPFSL - Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretch Length - 16.5cm/6.5"
BPEL - Bone Pressed Erect Length - 15.5cm/6.10"
NBPEL – Non Bone Pressed Erect Length - 14cm/5.51"
EG - Erect Girth - 14cm/5.31"
Edit:
1 month later - Measurements didn't change shit, lets see next month...
Routine#1: JP90 with ballooning from August-3rd for 15 days (18th) then swapped to routine #2.
Routine#2:
Warm Up (10mins, warm cloth, heat 1 min, sit 5 min, reheat 20 sec, sit 5 min)
Stretching (Front>Right>Up>Left>Down>Front Again - Around 12 mins total)
Wet Jelqs (300, one stroke - 1 jelq - Divided in sets of 100 with 1 min between each set)
Edging (10 mins minimum)
Warm Down (same as warmup)
