I originally started my pe routine a few months ago but after a few weeks i lost my motivation due to not having the time to do a full workout. I decided to start again and change to doing my routine throughtout the week and taking weekends off. My routine starts out with an 8 minute rice sock warm-up, 30 second stretches down, left, right, up, and out. I then do 8 minutes of jelqing with 3 second reps.
