  • An Open Letter To Every Man Who Is Serious About Increasing His Size

    Brothers,

    We've all been brought here by the same goal - to increase our size and become a better, more confident man in the process.

    To love ourselves, to love our bodies, to be the best she's ever had and have the ability to express ourselves freely - both physically, sexually and emotionally.

    We're here to support and help one another - when things get hard, when all hope seems lost.

    We're here to inspire and educate ourselves.

    We're here to celebrate eachothers small victories and ultimate success.

    That's why I decided to make this post - I want it to serve a specific purpose.

    1st - to document my routine, progress and mindsets along the way.
    2nd - to help anyone struggling or feeling demotivated.
    3rd - to capture any epiphanies I have along my journey.

    -

    So... this is it.

    I'll be updating this post as often as I can - daily or as close to that as possible.

    I have also made a detailed spreadsheet that will be updated every single day. It contains my routine, measurements and overall progress.

        Thank you Al and incogneeetoe for tuning in!

        Just got done with a solid workout, here's my current routine:

        - 20 min warm bottle pumping as warmup (low-med pressure)
        - 5 min regular stretch, 5 min s2s stretch
        - 10 min wet jelq (5 sec strokes using the Arm & Shoot technique)
        - 10 min edge with 30sec ulis in between
        - wear my TPE during day & after workout

        I will succeed. I will reach my goal. I am unstoppable.

              Also added pelvic floor work to my routine. My EQ hasn't been the best recently and I want to try it out and see what the results are.

              Takes me no more than 10-15 minutes per day, here's the stretching routine:

              - child pose - 2x60sec
              - cobra pose - 2x60sec
              - cow pose - 2x60sec
              - butterfly pose - 2x60sec
              - hip/psoas muscle stretch (lunge forward on your knee, grab your back foot with your hand/s, pull) - 2x60sec
              - hindi squat - 2x60sec
              - reverse kegels throughout the day and while doing the stretches above + belly breathing


              Any advice/feedback regarding a tight pelvic floor is much appreciated!

                Greeting boys, here's an update from yesterday - the good, the bad, and the ugly.

                First off, this was my routine. Tbh, my dick didn't feel the best so I took it very light, probably should have rested altogether:

                - 10 min light bottling, 5 min jelq, 12-15 min stretch (s2s, normal and bundled)
                - had sex around 3 times with release as well - used it sort of like an edging session lol


                The good:
                - still managed to squeeze in a short workout
                - had sex

                The bad:
                - like I said, my dick felt a bit off yesterday. Jelqing was meh, stretching felt alright but overall I think I should have taken a day off completely.
                - when my girl came over, I didn't drink before having sex (like I usually do) and was extremely self-conscious. I felt so weak sexually. I could get it up but I was super in my head - I couldn't relax at all and I saw she wasn't really enjoying it so that made me even more nervous. We had a talk and chilled for a bit which helped me relax but even after that, when I started getting into it, I didn't manage to last as long as I usually do with her. It was a mess and I'm a bit disappointed. I know I can perform well but I get in my own way, I hate that... I want to be great and I want to improve.

                To sum up:
                - Yesterday was weird. My PE wasn't amazing and my poor performance in bed made me feel horrible. That being said, it is what it is - we get stronger through setbacks and I'll use these experiences as a lesson and strive to improve on my weaknesses. I was in a dry spell not too long ago so even having constant sex and staying on top of my PE routine is a huge win, I shouldn't be so hard on myself, I'm doing just fine - I just want to achieve my dreams, that's all there is to it...

                  Quick Update:

                  Woke up this morning feeling way batter and went for another 2 rounds with my chick. Wasn't anything spectacular but I was way more relaxed and lasted quite long. Afterwards I trained her to deepthroat under the shower and she was on her way.

                  Hey... if anything, at least she kept mentioning how big my digging stick had gotten recently. Can't say it doesn't feel good!

                    Rest day

                    - No TPE during the day, no sex, few light stretches when going to the toilet to keep it plump.

                    - I haven't watched porn for 4 days now and my EQ is going through the roof. Dick feels healthy and refreshed - you love to see it!

                      Rest day


                      - TPE for half my day, no sex, just let the guy rest.

                      - EQ is great once again, I can see my gains showing way way more now that my dick has had some time to heal.

                      Biggest lesson from the past 2 days:

                      REST MORE! Pain = Bad!!! / Prolonged Discomfort = Bad

                      I know we've all read about how important rest is but the past few days have really opened my eyes and solidified it in my brain. Less really can be more.


                      To improve:
                      - Been slacking on my pelvic floor stretches - need to add them to my morning or night routine and do them every day!

                          Back to working out.

                          Today included:

                          - 15 min bottle pumping as warmup
                          - 15 min stretching (10 s2s, 5 normal)
                          - 10 min jelq
                          - 20 min edging
                          - TPE and a cockring post workout

                          Going into the workout, my dick felt great (since I had 2 days full rest).

                          My PI's post workout felt a bit weird tho, esp during jelqing.

                          When jelqing, I seem to have a sweet spot - I've noticed it's right after I get erect or do some edging, while my CS still pumps a lot of blood.

                          When I do my jelqs this way, I can literally feel the blood pumping upwards and I get super thick.

                          Today I struggled hitting that sweet spot tho - nailed it for 2-3 min but then it went away.

                          Turtled a bit afterwards too but I put on my TPE and it was all good.

                          Maybe I need to tone the intensity down a bit? I'll just follow my plan for the week and see how I feel at the end of it.

                            Rest Day

                            I think I overdid it a bit with stretching yesterday so I took today off. Dick was quite turtled all day, couldn't even stay in my TPE for long - usually no problem with that.

                            I did, however, do my pelvic floor yoga - around 20 minutes total of stretching.

                            Tomorrow I'll start with a very light workout, maybe 10 min bottle pumping, 5 min jelq, 10 min stretch and watch my PI's.

                              Guys!! I hit 18x14cm (7.1x5.5") for the first time today after my bottling/edging session!!

                              I cannot believe it!!!

                              My plan was to measure tomorrow but my dick looked so big I just couldn't resist.

                              Will have another small workout in the evening - light jelqing, stretches and my pelvic floor yoga too.
