    I have decided on starting PE again and keeping a log will keep me motivated and get me information.

    Current measurements: FL 5.5inch, FG 4.7 inch, BPEL 8.2inch, EG 5.9inch
    Other information: Currently having HF SOMETIMES, quite a curve of my unit to the left (sometimes gets in way of training), EQ is 7/10

    So, I have been doing PE on and off for at least 2 years now, more off than on tho. I've been on this forum for a longer time and have learnt a lot.

    Plans and goals: Start of with JP90 and train my pelvic floor with Ks (already stopped watching porn for 3 months maybe, although I do look at it sometimes, trying to jerk every two weeks), RKs and stretching. I want to improve my EQ and get to 9.5inch BPEL.

    My first entry is after my first JP90 workout, I warmed up with a hot water bottle, I just put my unit in for 10 minutes and he feels quite loose and warm. I did 30 second stretches to left, right, down and forward. Round for 10 to left and right and helicopter shakes in between. Afterwards I did 50 jelqs and 30 vjelqs using coconut oil as lube. (Got a question about jelqs if anybody sees this, when holding one hand under the glans and pushing with the other one to half, do you squeeze harder with the hand under the glans?) Then I got an erection to get some blood in and warmed down with 10 minute of hot water bottle.

    Later I will do ten ten second hold kegels, and I have done RKs through out the day.

    As for PI's: slight turtling 30 minutes after, head looks normal, we will see for later.

    Also what I have noticed is my member doesn't go to full flaccid if I arouse him for quite a bit, he seems to get hard before.

    Doing 2 on 1 off for now, we will see.
    Done day 2 now, my unit is feeling cold.
    Been looking at some girls pictures earlier today, felt no arousal at all (ass out).
    Think I'll focus on progressing my kegels aswell.

    Haven't posted in a while!
    Kept going at it tho. My routine currently is sometimes 2 on 1 off or 1 on 1 off. Just depends on how much privacy I get.
    Since I have already been doing some PE way before and I know what I am doing now, at the end of my JP90 session I put my unit in a bottle of warm water, squeeze the bottle and then push the edges around until it becomes flat. This creates some kind of vacuum which fills my unit with blood. I know that edging after a session for some blood is great, so I am trying this out to see what happens.

    For the routine I currently do 1/3 of it, all the stretches and then 50 jelq and 90 vjelq.

    I sometimes do bed fowfers and tbh I haven't been consistent with my kegels. Although I have been doing RKs conisistently and am doing a yoga stretching routine at night.

    My EQ still could be better I think. Am still sitting at the same size. Trying to get off of porn but its hard for me.
