Monday and tuesday was rest. Today 6h in QEP + jelqing before and 15 s2s between each hour.
Current: 5 x 4.5 (BPEL x EG), 2.5 flaccid

I had long break because I was getting low EQ. Today I started again, smarter!
Today did 1h of extending + JP90 stretching.Current: 5 x 4.5 (BPEL x EG), 2.5 flaccid
Goal (hope so in 3 years): 7.25 x 5.71 erected and 4.5 flaccid

Again slipped on my routine, partly because I'm experiencing some anxiety problems and when they're combined with PE it's results in bad EQ which "hurts" me alot when I can't get erection with my GF.
Starting today again. Will do low intesity sesions because my unit is very sensitive as I learned this on hard way. I'm welcoming everyone to come here, comment my workout and recommend me routines. + all the PE I'm doing will be in secret so my GF doesn't know.Current: 5 x 4.5 (BPEL x EG), 2.5 flaccid

I’m pretty new to this so I don’t know how solid my advice is, but I have been doing a lot of reading. From what I’ve read it wouldn’t be a bad idea for you to do a full manual routine like the JP90. I’d structure it like this
•10 min rice sock warmup
•jp 90 stretches
•bath mate 2 sets of 5 at lower pressure or 1 set at 7 min at low pressure
• do the jp90 jelqs 50 regular and 30 v-jelqs (I think this has improved my EQ rather quickly.)
• cool down with warm washcloth and wipe oil off
•put on QEP and wear for as long as you want. I would recommend taking it off every hour or so and applying heat as much as possible to aid in circulation.
