I was asked to update a while after I restarted PE. I took about a year off and when I restarted, my measurements showed I lost about half of my FL and EL gains, especially flaccid gains. My girth and BPFSL stayed the same. I was super bummed about losing hard earned gains and REALLY wish I hadn't taken so long off PE. I restarted with my PMP extender and averaged 5.4 hours/day over 28 days of extending and did jelqs for about 5-10 minutes after each time I took the PMP off for a break. I also did some edging here and there. Just measured yesterday and all my gains are back! My length gains have been roughly 0.5" in just 28 days and my BPFSL is at its longest ever.
I can only imagine where I'd be at if I hadn't taken so long off PE. Oh well, it's done and I look forward to marching toward my goals! When I finish my rest period, I think I'll throw in a Squeeze/S2S/Kegel routine to see if I can do even better than with just the extender.Start: BPEL 6.75', EG 5.8", BPFL 4.5", FG 4.7"
