Started strictly fulcrum hanging routine using the lg hanger.
Routine is 2 hours a day of 20 minute fulcrum hanging followed by 10 minutes btc hanging
Some days I do 2 hours straight and it seems to be when I actually feel some fatigue the best
I started 3rd week Today with 8lbs fulcrum and 10lbs btc.
Hoping To finally get some length gains but so far no gains as I start my 3rd week
