I dabbled in PE about 10 years ago when I was at university, but I was not consistent and also had PIED quite abit due to porn.
I have cut the porn a few months ago (relapsed a few times), and have now started this for better EQ, and also keep and maintain consistency and progress.
I started PE on Saturday 4th Oct 2020.
Current stats:
BPEL: 6.5"
EG: 4.75"
I have started the JP90 routine with some modifications of my own that I fine easier and can feel working better on my penis/I find easier to do (similar to the squeezing).
I am also working on the IC muscles, and spend around 20-25min each day working on PE. I'm starting this log more to track myself and also so I dont give up this time.... solidarity brothers!
Short term goals:
7" BPEL
5" EG
Long term goals:
7" NBPEL
EG 5.5".
Current weight 80kg / height 5ft 10"
I am struggling to really get the blood flowing during PE so stretching is ok, but the girth can be problematic due to quitting PMO/general unhealthy lifestyle, so not only is this about EQ/PE but also logging my own heath and joined a gym and got back to work - its all go go go
During sex most of my issues stem from me running out of steam and getting a soft dick, i'm trying to fix this, partly due to PMO since I was 13, this has partly been solved with cialis but I dont want to go down this road for too long.
Will try and report every month or so, I hear there are some good newbie gains to be had!

It might be a good idea if you prioritize EQ development first until you get it to a satisfactory level. From there, begin adding enlargement elements to your training.
