    Hello everyone ive been looking into this site for some time now and after going thru the forums and absorbing as much as i can so i decided to take this for a test. Its common knowledge that your penis size is what you got and it is what it is, so im going to be trying out the "JP90 day" program and see the results. My goal perferbly is girth but i wont be doing anything too extreme as i am a novice and would like to stick around without many issues to see how it goes. From my understanding Jelqing seems to be the most "safe" and recommended workout so i will be doing only jelqs for my first month. Thanks in advance for going thru this post i hope i posted in the proper section i just figured starting right away id be able to get my answers.


    Current stats i hope im writing it properly

    BPL:6 inches
    Girth: 13 centimeters/ EDIT 5 inches. Not 13 Centimeters

    Welcome to the Gym

    If you have not done so in you reading, It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

    It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

    Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft .

    Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

    PE safely and good luck with your endeavors .

    Jelqing is not the safest exercise. I hope you know the jp90 is made for conditioning your penis to proceed to other more advanced exercises and not a routine that will help you gain inches

    I have done basic reading although there is alot to take in! Throught my day in consitently checking up on the beginner threads as i still have many question and i would like to have a better understanding before bombarding with questions! I have already started with pictures and my best possible measurements. Thank you the tips ^^

    I started just today with the JP90 and stopped kinda short as i felt out of shape lol... It was a little intense, what would you say is a "safer" perhaps better start for a newbie?
