    -3x 70 jelqs and 60 v-jelqs
    -Stretches (left, right, down, up, out, 30 sec.)

    -Clamping 30 minutes (3 sets, 8, 10, 11)
    -3x 80 jelqs and 70 v-jelqs
    -2x stretches (left, right, out, down, up, 30 sec)

    Didn't have much privacy today (12/01), so I didn't execute the whole programme. I only did two sets of clamping (2x10 min). Hopefully I will resume the plan tomorrow.

    Sidenote: note to myself to consider rbi99's Ultimate Jelq and Ultimate V exercises instead of normal ones.

    Today (13/01):
    -Warm up with stretches
    -Clamping 3x 10 minutes
    -3x 70 jelqs and 60 v-jelqs. I started with standards jelqs and v-jelqs and switches to Ultimate Jelqs and Ult. V-Jelqs (see post above). They work great, I think that I will be using the Ultimate version instead of the standard from now on.
    -Streches again at the end

    Overall, I had a great session today. Towards the end clamping was so great that I didn't want to stop. Just a lot of pressure from the inside stretching my dick to its limits.

    Today (15/01):
    -Clamping with edging, total 22 minutes (10-5-7)
    -3x 90 jelqs/U jelqs and 80 v-jelqs/U v-jelqs

    -Clamping 25 min (2 sets, 10+15)
    -3x 100 jelqs/U jelqs and 90 v-jelqs/U v-jelqs
    -Stretches (right, left, out, up, down), 1 min. each

    EDIT:
    Did approximately 20 more minutes of clamping later today.
