Didn't have much privacy today (12/01), so I didn't execute the whole programme. I only did two sets of clamping (2x10 min). Hopefully I will resume the plan tomorrow.
Sidenote: note to myself to consider rbi99's Ultimate Jelq and Ultimate V exercises instead of normal ones.Last edited by southernprince; 01-12-2021 at 09:05 PM.

Today (13/01):
-Warm up with stretches
-Clamping 3x 10 minutes
-3x 70 jelqs and 60 v-jelqs. I started with standards jelqs and v-jelqs and switches to Ultimate Jelqs and Ult. V-Jelqs (see post above). They work great, I think that I will be using the Ultimate version instead of the standard from now on.
-Streches again at the end
Overall, I had a great session today. Towards the end clamping was so great that I didn't want to stop. Just a lot of pressure from the inside stretching my dick to its limits.Progress Log
