    Today (23/01):
    -Clamping 35+ minutes (3 sets, 12-13-10)
    -3x 100 jelqs/u jelqs + 90 v-jelqs
    -30 additional jelqs and v-jelqs
    -Stretches (up, down, left, right, out), 1 minute each

    Today (24/01):
    -Clamping 20 minutes
    -150 jelqs and 60 v-jelqs
    -Clamping 16 minutes. I ejaculated after 16 minutes, to my disappointment. As I mention in previous posts, I masturbate with lubricant while clamping, because I find that higher levels of arousal and higher levels of erection work best for clamping, at least for me. Nevertheless, I did a total of 36 minutes of clamping with edging, which is not bad at all. Good for girth and EQ-PreE.
    -Stretches, 2 minutes per direction. I started from 30 sec, I went to 1 minutes, and now I will be stretching for 2 minutes because I think that I can take it. I've been doing half-minute stretches for half a year now.

    I consider taking a break from this routine for a week, focusing on stretching exercises, and hopping back after the week. I like the clamping-jelqing routine, but I usually do it with the help of porn, which is not the best companion when you PE almost every day of the week.

    Didn't do exercises these days. I didn't find the time because I have many things going. I did about 100 s2s today (27/01), some stretches, and that was it. I will be back soon.

    There's a lot going on during this period so I might have to postpone PE for a while. I'll try to do some stretches daily, at least, to avoid taking steps back, and hopefully some jelqing here and there.

    I haven't been on the site for a while. Personal issues got me busy for a while (nothing serious). I still plan to get bigger, so I'll be back soon and will be posting regularly again.

    In the past weeks I've done some stretches here and there, some clamping and some jelqueing. I've had low consistency and big rest periods. Nothing planned, just did what I could under the circumstances.

    I've had some really good sessions recently and I got great PI afterwards. I only do some basic stretches, clamping, jelqs, and v-jelqs. I focus on doing the jelqs and v-jelqs really slowly and on high levels of erection.

    Yesterday I had some pain on the left testicle for a while, but I am not sure if it is related to PE or not. Nevertheless, I took the day off today. I'll be back tomorrow with some more clamping and jelqing.

    Today:
    -3x10 clamping with edging
    -Jelqs and v-jelqs in between the clamping sets. I did 3x100 jelqs and 3x 40-60 v-jelqs.
    -Some stretches before and after the exercises mentioned above

    Today was a great session. I had a lot of clamping and did my jelqs slowly and on a high level of a erection. It probably took me around 1,5 hour, which is a lot, but I believe that it is the way forward.

    Today (01/03):
    -27 minutes clamping (10-7-10) with edging
    -2x 110 jelqs (without v-jelqs)
    -Stretches

    I blew it during the second set of clamping, so I didn't have the desired EQ to do the exercises the way I wanted to. Still, better than nothing. I was a good session.

    EDIT: I had great PIs afterwards and had amazing sex later today. My EQ was 8+ despite ejaculating earlier today. I almost broke my dick in the act but the pain disappeared after some time. I'm looking forward to the next weeks.
