Great session. I'll do some stretches later. Generally, I do stretches throughout the day, usually in the bathroom.
Btw, the princess initiated sex yesterday... two days in a row. Is that the beginning of a pattern here? Is she noticing something, or is it me being more confident and having more expectations? Let's see.

Yesterday was rest day. I only did some stretches here and there (I usually do some when I go to the toilet). Today I decided to take things easy so I didn't do many jelq reps. I'll be increasing the reps in the next days. I had great EQ during clamping and felt thicker than usually. I think I overdid it with the fourth set. I enjoy the process too much, haha.

I limited my clamping to 3 sets and less time overall to avoid overtraining. I consider training every other day because I notice that the second day of exercising is not as good as the first.Progress Log

I couldn't do the full set of exercises (I normally would do three sets of each exercise) because my girlfriend was expecting someone to come over. They ended up being 1+ hour late, so I missed my full exercise for nothing.

Yesterday was rest day for the same reason as always. Anyway, I decided that I might be overtraining so it might be for the better.

EDIT: Added 20 more minutes of clamping, with additional pressure on the glans with fingers

My last PE session was on the 17th of March, a week ago. I took a break because I felt like I was overworking my PF and because I saw a decline in my EQ. Anyway, I also felt like I might had been overtraining in the past, so a break was needed. I am still trying to figure out the optimal way to exercise to achieve both enlargement and better EQ, and for this I need to study some of the material in the forums. I plan to resume my training tomorrow.
