Hey Guys,
I have used a compression hanger before. I am getting back into it. I have gone through the conditioning phase although I didn't log everything through the conditioning phase sorry.
I have put together a spreadsheet.
You can view it here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...it?usp=sharing
I will update the sheet and this log.
Starting measurements are:
7.9inches BPEL
Girth 5.75 mid shaft.
The goal is to get to around 7.5 inched NBPEL. I need roughly .5 inches in gains. Always hard to gauge NBPEL. I seem too hard a rather large fat pad. My last DEXA scan said I was 9.9% BF. It was a couple of months ago now. I think I am about 10.5% 11% at the worst. I will get one in another 3 months.
Pretty much doing this log for some form of accountability. I will post periodically, and I will update the sheet daily. Provide updates and answer questions if people have any.
I am using the total man compression hanger. I got it before they started sponsoring the site. I found the guy on YouTube.Feb 2013 - BPEL 7.2", EG 5.1"
May 2018 - BPEL 7.9", EG 5.6", NBEL 7.0"
Jan 2019 - BPEL 8.10", EG 5.75", NBEL 7.3" I got a little leaner

Hey,
I think we have similar levels of conditioning. I'm down to hold each other accountable in the logging. I have about 135 hours of hanging time logged since the spring. I used to do vacuum hanging, but the blisters got too annoying. I had to worry about drawing blood instead of reaching fatigue.

Hey MJN,
I haven't tried Vacuum Hanging. The complexities of taping, wrapping and hearing about blisters just made it sound horrible. I was nervous about compression hanging too. Thankfully, I am past that though.
Any gains over the 135 hours?
What weight are you at?
What about of time are you hanging per week?Feb 2013 - BPEL 7.2", EG 5.1"

No hanging yesterday. The day got away from me. Currently at 60min for the day. I may do another set.
I have noticed if I punch out good numbers consustently for a few days my flaccid hang is very good. I would say fuller in terms of girth and maybe .5 to .75 of an inch longer. These are not gains of course just increased blow flow. It even stayed around yesterday and the start of today when I had not used the hanger in 36 hours.
I want to try and work my way up to 1 hour per day. I am at 42 min per day at the moment.Feb 2013 - BPEL 7.2", EG 5.1"
