    Ok so I measured and I'm 18.5 cm BPEL (7.2in), girth is 11.7CM (4.6 in), Flaccid Stretched Length is 7 3/4 in and. EL: 5.5in

    Single and have my own place now. So I'm going to dedicate to this HARD. I want to be able to hit 7.5 - 8inches BPEL and 5 inches girth MIN, pref 5.5.


    Warmed up for 10 minutes with heating pad
    I did about 500 side to sides while seated for better range.
    I did 60 squeezes.
    Warmed down for about 5 minutes and then remeasured girth, I was at 13cm (5.1in) girth. So almost half an inch growth in girth after squeezes.
    Masturbated. Now I'm going to attempt to wear my all day cock ring while I sleep.

    Thanks, if im being completely honest. Your log and progress is what motivated me to get back into it and dedicate hard. I really like the way squeezes and s2s's feel. I'm going to stick with them for awhile since it feels good.

    I did my whole routine in the hot shower
    Ok, warmed up for about 20 min or so.
    Did 600 s2s's, last 100 I pulled down very hard. Every 100 i would stop and massage my penis
    40 Squeezes, i'd massage every 10. Didnd't do 50 because I was feeling discomfort.
    Warmed down in the hot shower.
    Put on steel cock ring after to hold pump.

    I warmed up for about 10 minutes
    Did 5-600 s2s's
    and 50-60 squeezes, the last 10 i would squeeze and slowly move my hands together
    Warmed down for about 10 more minutes

    Pumped for 20 minutes with my bathmate. Got it nice and fat and then put on my steel cock ring.

    Warmed down again for awhile with a heated blanket wrapped around it. Also massaged it while it was heating

    Just wondering, is stretched flaccid bone pressed nor not.

    I also have a bigger difference between stretched flaccid and EL, 1.25 inch to be exact.

    Yeah it's BP. That's good, you'll definitely get some good length. I read that, a bigger flaccid length is a good indication for growth.
