    Hi everyone,

    I decided to create a log to be able to:

    1) Better track the process
    2) Make sure I stick to it (even though I am motivated but who knows in the future)

    I have already been doing PE since early this year but not too consistent and mostly manual stretching for 30 min a day 5 days a week and some light pumping like 15 min a day also 5 days a week.

    Last 5 weeks I have been hanging for 1.5-2 hours 5 days a week and 2 x 15 min pumping 5 days a week.

    Hanging started at 3 lbs and ow I am at 6.6 lbs.

    Lets first start out with some measurements. Tangible measurements that I can measure reliably and repeatedly.

    NBPFL 5.5 in
    FG 4.25 in

    FSL 8.25 in
    BPFSL 8.75 in

    I am sure both bpfsl and fsl increased since i started hanging as i can stretch my penis an inch over the top of my belly button, i remember the time when i could stretch it to the top of the belly button at most.


    Now comes the tricky part, erect measurements. I cant remember last time i had a solid stiff erection. I am 23 and it was probably in the teens.
    So these measurements are somewhat accurate as they cant be reproduced reliably, as the only times i get somewhat decent erection (still not stiff, its easily "bendable", nothing like in my teens) are morning erections like once a week or every 10 days and by the time I get myself together to measure, it already subsides a bit, but i guess length measurements are accurate (easy to misread ruler while half asleep haha).

    But considering my bpfsl and fsl these measurements seem logical,

    NBPEL 7 in
    BPEL 7.5 in
    EG 4.7 in (this was significantly higher in my teens so i guess its due to low EQ, basically my penis barely gains any girth going from flaccid to erect, in the pump after 15 min i am almost twice the diameter, too bad I cant measure circumference in the pump)

    Also I simply cant fathom how some people can have EG of 6in with length of 6-7 in its ridicoulous.



    Have to note i never masturbated (didnt like the idea cuz i felt like crap after a wet dream so why induce this intentionally) or had sex (very shy as a teenager and ever since i entered my 20s i have had very low libido and i basically cant get aroused) so I am doing this PE thing mostly for my ego ��.

    Goals:

    BPEL 8 in
    NBPEL 7.5 in
    EG 5.5 in

    Plan is to continue current routine until January 1st and then substitute a large chunk of hanging time for jelqs and girth work, and after a while possibly clamping as my girth is miserable and i also believe poor EQ is a large contributor.


    Anyway, here it is, my little log, it will be boring and I wont post frequently as I am a guy who takes up sth and just does it quietly and usually keep others in the dark about it, but I will note any noteable events, such as increased measurements etc.

    Lets make this happen.

    Ok this is ridicolous, no edit function on android and my thick fat fingers result in all kinds of typos in the headline.

      Yesterday I was doing some jelqs before pumping in the evening, after my daily 2 hours of hanging I normally do throughout the day.

      With completely floppy erection (flop flop floppy, in a way that i need to support it with my hand to even be able to measure &#128513 i hit 7 nbpel and 7.5 nbpel, EG was 4.9 i guess due to the jelqs.

      I feel like with good EQ like i had back in the day i could already hit 7.5 nbpel and 8 bpel, EG perhaps sth like 5.2.


      Anyway, will try to catch my ever more elusive morning wood around december 1st and see where i am at, if i am at 8 bpel, i will be switching to a girth specific routine with maintenance hanging for like 3 hours a week at this max weight i manage to get to.

      In the next 7 months (it is a specific time frame, 'cuz reasons &#128518 the goal is to add 0.5 inches in girth, and if i get additional 0.25 inch in length in that time frame, it would be also welcome .

      0.5 inches in girth seems unrealistic for 7 months but considering my poor EQ and lack of girth work except pumping until now, perhaps its possible.

      I need that 5.5 inch EG, I will do my best, jelqs, squeezes, pumping... i dont know if it will happen in 7 months by 1st of july, but i will do whatever it takes, its incredibly important.

        In other news, i switched from hanging to manual for now until i build a different contraption for hanging; qt measly 8.5 lbs this current design is just cutting off blood flow too much and i dont like that at all.

        With manual stretching i dont get nearly as bad blood cut off as i can use larger area of contact (my fingers).

        I am still shooting for 2 hours a day 5 days a week of stretching/hanging in 20 min intervals, i can hold a 10lb pull for 20 mins (i brace my arm in my crotch in a weird way and basically use it as a hook, so only my grip is working, and i have been lifting weights for years and that is not an issue).

        Been contemplating on getting a vacuum attachment for hanging/extending, have to think about it. My strictly length routine is coming to an end (december 1st) as i am already at or very near my goal of 7.5 nbpel.

        And i need to focus on girth as it is severely lacking. No point in having 8.5 Bpel X 4.5 meg dick (in my humble opinion).

          Hey hey

          I havent quit and never will (at least not until i am dead), its just that not much happened in the meantime as far as gains go.

          Faced with my fading youth and potentially decreasing erectyle function (while still a virgin yikes! Thats what is really scary to me, the fact that i have probably missed the train when it comes to my youth and erectyle function and having fun in my most virile years, sucks) i cannot change that fact and the fact that i am getting older, but at least i will go down with a bigger unit!


          Anyway, I switched to a girth heavier routine with arm&shoot jelqing and pumping as main 2 exercises, also manual stretching to maintain length gains.

          Girth has improved its 13 cm. However, my EQ highly depends on my ability to feel arousal. And one thing that helped with that was a supplement containing l dopa and p5p.

          Unfortunately i am currently out of that supplement which means until i receive my new batch i cant do edging and cant maintain an erection, so new measurements will have to wait for some time.
          Note that I can bring myself to ejaculation by stimulating the frenulum, but that is with eq of around 60-70% as I simply cant be really hard if i dont have any sexual desire.


          Also will be getting a vacuum stretcher and will start to use that as i feel i wont gain any length doing these manuals only. I was progressing while i was hanging but the strap hanger just makes me believe tissue will die off as it was cutting the circulation way too much.

          Goals are 7.5 nbpel x 5.5 meg which means 0.5 inches for both length and girth in the next 6 months, i will try as hard as i can but oh well we'll see. Long term goal is 8 nbpel x 6 meg. I do track bpel fot the consistency but after all nbpel is what matters in practical use.

          At least now i know i can get good eq if i pound l dopa and p5p, maybe i throw in a little cialis in there too.


          So thats the current situation, to be continued...
