Phallosan 1.5 hrs low green
bpsfl before = 5.51!
After = 5.68!
Strain = 3.2%
Slight decrease in strain from yesterday but could just be variation.
Increase in tension = increase in strain. Makes sense to me
Increase in duration = longer time at strain length
50 wet jelqs (40@ 40-60% 2-3s, 10 @ 40-60% 3-5s)
3 rounds:
- 5 mins at 1-3hg (slow increase to 3 1st minute, last minute slow decrease to 0)
- Massage
- 25 wet jelqs (mostly light and and 30-50%)
- Edge for a few mins.
Edge for 15 mins
BPEL after = 7.08”
MSEG after = 4.96”

Slept well last night finally.
Morning wood was non existent so I think I overdid it yesterday. It’s so hard to tell where that line is. I had a big soft flaccid the rest of the day and figured I nailed it.
Oh well. I was planning on taking the weekend off anyways, except for kegels today.
Other than that I am taking Tongkat Ali 300mg every morning for giggles. Been taking it for 3 days and haven’t noticed any real differences yet. That’s all for today folks

Measurement day:
BPSFL - varied a bit 5.3125-5.38
Measured MSFG after BPSFL = 4.02”
MSEG
125mm (4.92) at 90-95%
126mm (4.96) near 100%
Still catching 127 every now and then but I’m now very confident that I have gained near .05” girth since the beginning.
BPEL 7.04”-7.08”!!
NBPEL = 6.45-6.48
I was a bit worried that the little changes I made to the program were going to yield no results, and I wouldn’t know for a few weeks.
But it looks like the current strategy is working just as well as the old one.
This coming week is going to be very similar but keeping the jelqs below 75 on pump days since my last workout I did have some negative PIs after, I’ll shoot for a little more time on the Phallosan after manual stretches.
One thing I failed to capture last week that I’m going to attempt this week is girth strain in the pump.
I doubt I’ll be able to get anything to a high level of accuracy, but here are my concerns:
If girth is unchanged in the tube then the volumetric strain equation simplifies down to
(Length after)/(Length before) - 1
To save on typing I’m going to write that as
Lf/Li - 1 from here on out
The problem I’m seeing is this
Assume low pressure and no length strain
- Lf=Li
The volumetric strain then becomes
Df^2 / Di^2 - 1
So the square (^2) messes it up a bit and causes you to escape the plastic range much faster.
Just to prove that lets say I’m shooting for a 4% strain
Lf/Li - 1 = .04
Li = BPSFL = 5.38”
Lf/5.38 = 1.04
Lf = 5.60”
Cool that gives me a ballpark but if I wanted to do the same thing for girth. And it’s measurable (approx .2” difference)
Df^2 / Di^2 = 1.04
Df = sqrt(.04*Di^2)
Di = MSEG/pi = 4.96/3.141.. = 1.58
Di^2 = 2.49
Df = sqrt(1.04*2.49) = 1.61”
MSEG after = 1.61 * pi = 5.05”
Df is the problem - it’s only .03” bigger than my initial diameter. That’s pretty hard to measure. Especially in a tube (okay impossible)
You could get the Circumference after leaving the tube and hope the tissue is still expanded right after (probably you’re best bet)
But you still don’t know how far you pushed it in the tube.
This is where I see manuals and clamping having a clear advantage because you could theoretically get those measurements right after or during and be a bit more confident
In any case the main reason I want to measure is to see if there is a noticeable expansion. If I can tell then I’m not convinced it’s not just toughening up tissue.
There’s also some problems with this whole thought process.
One huge wrench is bundled stretches. Theyre performed placcid therefore way below the max girth. I’m sure there’s some fancy physics and torsion that could be used but that’s out of my league.
The second wrench is whether or not volumetric strain of 2-5% is the correct range. Everything I’ve seen has been for one direction. It makes sense to me that the entire penis is being expanded so you have to look at the volume but I’m not 100%.

Odd workout today, normally I loosen up during the first few stretches but I just kinda felt tight today.
18 mins manual stretches
30s each direction some directions more than others. I was too focused on the sensations to keep track. Mostly straight forward and up though
1.5 hrs Phallosan
50 wet jelqs
3 rounds
3 mins 1-2 hg
15 wet jelqs
Edge for 20 mins and kegels
Interesting discovery. I checked my girth at the beginning of edging and it was 125mm consistently. Odd. I kept going and after 5-8 mins it was still 125
So I was like oh well must be a post workout thing. So I started doing kegel work to finish.
After a few kegel holds I noticed a difference visually. Checked and it was 127 and floated up sometimes to 128. And stated that way so I kept going for another 15 minutes hoping to lock in that in.
I’ve been doing kegels throughout the day when I remember but now I’m thinking pump/girth work days during edging is a good spot for them.

First hr - increase tension @20, 50 mins
45 mins - increase tension @30
Strain both times was 4.8%
70 wet jelqs
Last 10 were at 30% and 2-3s the rest were slow and in between 40-60%
Tomorrow I’ll do manual stretches for 10-15, Phallosan for 30mins and pump,edge

Manual stretches 16 mins, mostly straight, up, right and left.
Phallosan 20 mins
2 sets
Pump 2-3hg 4-5 mins (3-4 at max then taper down the last min)
10 wet jelqs
Edge for 5 mins and finished
NBPEL during edging = 6.58”
BPEL during edging = 7.11”
MSEG during edging = ~126.5-127mm ~ 5”
Been seeing the MSEG hit 127 far more frequently since Thursday, and my BPEL has been hitting 7.11” more too.
Taking tomorrow off, I’ll measure Monday if I remember.

Realized tomorrow is going to be busy and I’m going to try and get a session in early, won’t have time to measure so I measured today.
Didn’t get flaccid measurements, but I take them enough throughout the week
BPEL = 7.11” note I did hit 7.14” a few times, but it wasn’t as consistent at 7.11”
MSEG = 4.98”, it’s sooo close to 5.00 and the tape falls naturally there but if I pull the tape very taught it goes to 126.5 mm (ish)
BEG = 135mm (5.31”)
