Hi Chaps,
This is my first post and I'm very happy to be here. I am 25 years old and live in the UK. I have learned a lot from reading tonnes of guides, articles and threads on this site but have never had an account. I practiced PE on and off years ago, but never with any solid consistency. I expect this might be fairly common. I am leaving the country in 3 months and will be seeing my girlfriend for the first time in a while. In light of the current circumstances, I figured this was the perfect opportunity to commit to a scheduled routine, be methodical and keep a clear log. If anyone is interested I am more than happy to respond to feedback and criticism. My measurements are below:
Pre any PE measurements
NBPEL: 16cm
MEG: 5.2 inches
Measurements before starting routine
NBPEL: 17.5cm
MEG: 5.25 inches
I have spent some time reconditioning and am now 2 weeks into my routine. I am doing 5 days on & 1-2 days off (depending on my PI's). I am using a modified version of the JP90 workout. I warm up and warm down with a hot towel every session 5 minutes at a time, as well as 5 minutes of various stretching exercises. I go into the Bathmate erect. The rare times I notice pinpricks, I use Arnica cream which works really well. You can see my routine below. I am open to changing it or increasing/decreasing elements based on your input. Please feel free to comment if you are interested!
Day 1: 50 ok grip jelqs + 30 reverse V-grip jelqs. 3 sets each. 5 minute Bathmate session/ 2 minutes rest and recirculation/ 10 minute Bathmate session.
Day 2+4: 50 ok grip jelqs + 30 reverse V-grip jelqs. 3 sets each.
Day 3+5: 5 minute Bathmate session/ 2 minutes rest and recirculation/ 10 minute Bathmate session.
I hadn't planned on measuring too frequently but did so on a rest day after my first two weeks. I always measure from the same starting point NBP with the same ruler. I was pleasantly surprised to see myself sitting comfortably at 18cm. I have noticed excellent PI's for the past 2 weeks. Very strong erections, consistent morning wood and frequent spontaneous erections. I have also noted my penis is much more relaxed, larger and less tight while flaccid. These indicators are very positive and a great standalone purpose for me to practice PE. I was unsure how often I would measure my NBPEL and MEG. I had thought about waiting until the 3 months had elapsed, but now I am logging I will check in with measurements every 4 weeks.
Once again, I am happy to have written this down and be part of the community. I have learned a lot from this website and am excited to share.

Welcome to the Gym
It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.
It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.
Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft . When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.
Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

Update: 08/12/2020
NBPEL: 18.2cm
MEG: 5.3 inches
I am very pleased with this progress. I haven't missed a day. As mentioned in my post I am continuing to notice large improvements in penis health and PI's. Important to note I take my measurements on my second day off to improve accuracy and eliminate the risk of temporary gains from the Bathmate being included. I also use the same measuring tools to maintain consistency.
