Hello. New here.
I have decided to address my annoying curved wiener. After a nights worth of research, I have decided to start a routine to reduce the curve.
Growing up I wore a lot of tight underwear and often slept on my stomach. As a result I have a 30-40 degree downward curved penis.
I have read most of the start here content, and other threads, and have concluded that jelqing is the way to go.
Here's the plan:
Now-3 weeks from now (Do this 3 times per week):
- Warm-up for 5 minutes
- Stretch for 5 mins,
- Jelq normally for 5 mins
- Cooldown for 5 mins.
3 weeks - 52 weeks - (Do this 5 days on, 2 days off):
- Warm-up for 5 mins
- Stretch for 5 mins
- Jelq normally+upward for 10 mins
- Cooldown for 5 mins. -
I will also be keeping my wiener straight up in my underwear when I sleep. Not sure if that will work, but its so low effort I might as well try it.
Let me know any of you have suggestions. I will likely be updating this infrequently, given the slow and steady process. Thanks

I have spent some time on curves, and what I realized is so many of my regular habits, like how I hold it when peeing, helps cause the curve.
Look at all your habits, how you grip for peeing, washing, edging, etc. Try to change so that the opposite direction is being reinforced.
