Hello Everyone,
As the title of this thread suggests, this is where I will track my progress of going from having an above average cock to joining the ranks of the well-endowed elite.
Current Stats:
BPEL: 6.25"
MEG: 5.25"
Size Goals:
BPEL: 8.5"
MEG: 6.25"
Additional Goals:
- Be consistent with exercising/program
- Focus on quality over quantity
- Be patient and know that PE is a process that requires an investment of time, and resist the urge to chase that next best thing
- Increase sexual stamina and be able to last more than 20 minutes with ease
- Learn how to have multiple orgasms consistently
Other Notes:
- I have both a Phallosan and a Bathmate on order. Although I plan on still incorporating manual work, both of these devices will do most of the heavy lifting. While I wait for my equipment to arrive, I've started doing some light jelqing and stretching, with a routine similar to the JP 90 day beginner routine.
- While I'll be keeping daily notes, in the interest of trying to reduce the amount of time I spend online (overall, and not specifically in regards to this site), I will only be updating this log weekly, where I'll include observations from both my training and rest days for the full week.

Week 1 Update
As I mentioned previously, I had been doing some light jelqing and stretching to prime myself for actual workouts. I was a little bit surprised by how my cock just seemed to hang more loose and free after a few initial rounds of stretching. Similarly, I had a decent pump for only doing 50 jelqs. As of this Friday, both my Bathmate and Phallosan have arrived, and I have given both a test drive.
For the Bathmate my first session ran for 10 minutes. I was surprised that I didn't immediately get hard, as has been the case when I first started jelqing. I focused on basics like getting a good seal to the base of my cock, and pumping with even strokes. After finishing the session, I noticed that my flaccid hang was much better and it took at least 30 minutes to an hour before things went back to normal. My length felt so full and spongy to the touch as well. These seem like good PIs, so I'm excited to see how things progress with consistent use.
For the Phallosan, the biggest struggle was figuring out how to get it on. The 'condom' isn't the most intuitive to use, and at first it seemed like it was simply too small to put on, and I wouldn't consider myself to be big by any means. However, once I figured out that piece of the puzzle, I find wearing the device to be fairly comfortable, and I feel a consistent stretch. For now, I'm following the Phallosan recommended usage for beginners which is 4 hours a day.
One other thing that I'm consistently trying to do is visualize my cock growing bigger with me ultimately obtaining my desired size. I'm also continuing with manual PE work. My next update will come a week from now as I wrap up Week 2. Any feedback is welcome!

Week 2 Update
M - Phallosan for 3 hours, low green tension, Bathmate, 10 minutes
T - Phallosan for 4 hours, low green tension, 5 minutes manual stretching + 5 minutes healing
W - Phallosan for 4 hours, low green tension, rest otherwise
Th - Phallosan for 4 hours, low green tension, Bathmate, 10 minutes
F - Phallosan for 4 hours, low green tension, rest otherwise
S - Phallosan for 4 hours, low green tension, 5 minutes manual stretching + 5 minutes jelqing
I found a good write-up on the PE process on the website GoodLookingLoser, where it talked about how the first few weeks are more about figuring out the basics and to not worry about gains. For me, it was a worthwhile reset because it has been a bit of a frustrating week in terms of figuring things out, especially when the Phallosan and Bathmate are supposed to be fairly straightforward to use. This week did turn out to be a bit of trail and error, but I think I’m beginning to figure out some things.
First, on the Phallosan, I’ve been having issues getting my glans to stay in the bell. After some experimenting, I think I was just going too big. Using the small bell rather than the medium seems to have fixed this. What annoys me here is using the size tool provided by Phallosan, it looks like I could use any of the 3 bells without a problem. (I went with medium because it looked like I would be too big to fit into the small.). Other stuff I’ve figured out are:
- Using the glans protector makes it much easier to take off the device.
- I think I can go higher in terms of tension
In terms of stuff I still need to figure out, it’s mainly how to keep tension. Sometimes after getting up and walking around, I’ve found that I’ve lost tension. I’m a little skeptical of how well the Phallosan will hold up overnight while sleeping in this regard.
For the Bathmate, I’m still trying to figure out how to maintain pressure without needing to hold the device down. There’s definitely nothing wrong with the device as I can make it stuck to say my chest or thigh just fine. I’m sure it’s part operator error, part needing to trim my pubes down, but any other tips would be appreciated. Unfortunately, I do have to use it in the shower vs. a bathtub for the time being.
I enjoy doing the manual exercises and am glad to have the vest of both worlds.
In terms of PIs, no real change to EQ, but
I feel like I’ve been noticing a better flaccid hang at all times and more veins. All in all not a perfect week or even great week, but some things learned and going to get better from here!
