Over this past week I lost myself a little bit and went on a porn and wanking spree. As a result, my EQ suffered significantly and I wasn't able to get the most out of my PE work although I did manage to keep up with everything despite my hectic schedule.
On another note, I've been wondering how long the JP90 goes for. Is it 90 days including rest? Or is it 90 work days. In any case, this was the end of the fifth week for me so I still have a ways to go.

So I'd had a small porn-free streak coming into this week, which ended after my girlfriend asked to watch some porn together. Afterwards she made a comment that my size was good, only that it wasn't long. Which kinda sucks because I know she would like me to be longer and reach deeper inside her during sex.
This was last weekend, and after that point I watched porn and jacked off for pretty much the whole week. In fact, this past month has been a bit of a wash. I couldn't keep my word (to myself) about regulating my porn consumption, ejaculation frequency and smoking. On top of that, I haven't been meditating regularly and haven't really done anything besides keeping up with the DO Pelvic Floor Routine and JP90, which I end up rushing most of the time because I'm either too stoned or too tired (or both).
It's time to get it together. If I want to make real changes, I have to start pushing myself out of my comfort zone. I was a bit bummed, but I feel like I'm back on track now and my focus is as sharp as ever.
*Going into February, I want to taper down on my marijuana consumption and work to cut tobacco completely out of my life.
