I warmed up with the bathmate for about 5 minutes. I then did 35 squeezes. I followed with 250 side-to-sides making sure I got a good stretch throughout. I then did 20 erect kegels at holds of 10 seconds each. I finished with 3 start and stops before warming down with 5 minutes in the bathmate.Start: 1/1/2021 7.5" bpel, 4.75" eg

Week 2 Day 4:

Week 3, Day 1:
I took three days of rest before starting this week. I warmed up with the ceramic heater for about ten minutes. I then did 40 squeezes and had really good eq. I transitioned into 300 side-to-sides. I did 2 sets of 10 erect kegels at 10 seconds each. I then finished with stop and starts and warm down with the ceramic heater.Start: 1/1/2021 7.5" bpel, 4.75" eg

Week 3, Day 2:
I warmed up with the ceramic heater and then the bathmate for five minutes. I did 40 squeezes but my eq was low today unlike yesterday. I did 300 side-to-sides, 2 sets of 10 erect kegels at 10 seconds each but I was having difficulty staying erect this time. I finished with the stop and starts, and warmed down with the bathmate. I took post workout pictures. I'm right at 8 inches which is an increase from my last post workout picture of a 1/4 inch. My girth is still the same at 5 inches. Week 3, Day 3:
I took a rest day and went back to my routine. I warmed up with just the ceramic heater for about ten minutes. I then did 40 squeezes, my eq was still kind of low in comparison to other days. I followed up with 300 side-to-sides, 2 sets of erect kegels at 10 seconds each. I did my start and stops and warmed down with the ceramic heater. I did have a problem this time: I ejaculated to porn. I was doing so well with nofap. My penis looked and felt so great in my hand. I looked up porn just to "check" and couldn't control myself. This is the last day of this week. Everything still seems to be going well as far as I can tell. I warm up with the ceramic heater. I did 40 squeezes, followed by 300 side-to-sides. Maybe I'll start posting these once a week to recap my exercises throughout the week and limit my posts since my routine has become rather routine.
Week 4:
Day 1:
I kept everything the same but increased my squeeze reps to 45 and the side-side reps to 350. I kept the erect kegels at 20 reps for 10 seconds each.
Day 2:
Warm up with ceramic heater. 45 Squeezes. 350 side to sides. 20 10 sec erect kegels. Start and stops. Warm down with ceramic heater.
Day 3:
I warmed up and down with the bathmate this time. I have better pis when I warm up with the bathmate. I would like to do it more but it's not always convenient to do. 45 squeezes, 350 side-to-sides, 20 erect kegels at 10 seconds each, start and stops.
Day 4:
Warm up and down with ceramic heater. I moved up to 50 squeezes. I'm still at 350 side to sides and 20 10 second erect kegels.Start: 1/1/2021 7.5" bpel, 4.75" eg
