    Here is the first day of my new PE journey.

    Week 1, Day 2:
    1/3/2020

    I'm including photos of my post exercise measurements at the beginning of this journey. I will try to take photos at the beginning of each month.

    Warm Up:
    Today, I warmed up for about 10 minutes. I waited until my penis was red and plump.

    Stretches:
    I used the stretch routine outlined in the JP90 routine: stretch in one direction and kegel 25 times after which I rotate the penis clockwise and counter clockwise 10 times each. I kegeled 30 times instead because I was having good pi. I also do my rotations very slow to make sure I'm feeling the stretch as I rotate all the way around.

    Jelq/V Jelq:
    I used the Jelq/V Jelq routine outlined in the JP90 routine: 50 jelqs followed by 30 v jelqs for three sets each.

    Warm Down

    After Warm Down, I decided to put on my Phallosan Forte for a couple of hours. I don't want to overdo anything because I'm beginning again, but I'm so motivated. I really have to remind myself that this is a marathon and not a race. Slow down and take my time. Consistency is more important than urgency.

    I'm paying close attention to my eq, which has struggled for years. I've stopped masturbating and watching porn for the longest I have in years. I feel confident that I've finally overcome that addiction. My eq was the best it's been in years after this pe session.

    After two days of exercises, my post exercise girth has already increased 1/4 inch, which I think is attributed to better eq. My length remains the same.

    I will continue the next two days with exercises before taking a day off and assessing.

      Week 1, Day 3:
      1/4/2020

      Warm Up:
      I warmed up until my penis was red and plump. I could tell however that my pi's were not like the day before.

      Stretches:
      I started my stretches the same as the day before and I immediately realized that I was still pretty sore from my previous workout. I finished the stretches but tried to take it easy.

      Jelq/V Jelq:
      I went through my jelqs and v jelqs 50/30 3 sets each. My eq wasn't as good as the day before during the jelqs. My jelqs felt perfect the day before. Today they felt weak (if that makes sense).

      Phallosan:
      Despite all of my pi's decreasing, I decided to still put on the Phallosan.

      I'll take the next day off and wear the mag-volt and sleeve. I'll take note of how I feel and won't start again until the soreness disappears.

        Rest:
        Today I'll put on the Mag-Volt and Stealth sleeve. From my understanding, the Mag-volt helps aid recovery, and the sleeve helps maintain length while recovery occurs.

          Week 1, Day 5:

          Phallosan
          After resting for a day, I wore the Phallosan for ten hours before returning to my normal routine immediately afterward. It's only convenient for me to wear the Phallosan while I sleep. I had a good stretch and a good feeling when I removed it.

          Warm Up
          I warmed up well with a ceramic heater before doing my stretches and jelqs.

          Stretches
          I stretched in each direction and did 30 kegels while I held the stretch. After each stretch I rotated in each direction 10 times before shaking my penis out.

          Jelqs/VJelqs
          I still maintained 50 jelqs and 30 v jelqs for 3 sets each. I might increase the repetitions by one each week for these first couple of weeks.

          Warm Down
          I warmed down again with the ceramic heater.

          I signed up today for mecoach just to see if maybe I can get a procedure that may help me more. I've been experimenting with pe for years and I would really like to reach my goals.

            Week 1, Day 6:
            Phallosan
            I wore the Phallosan forte for about 10 hours mostly while asleep for the night. I again had good pis, but also had some minor edema.

            Warm Up
            Did my warm up with the ceramic heater as usual.

            Stretches
            Did the same stretches from the JP 90 routine.

            Jelqs/VJelqs
            Did the same jelqs/v jelqs from the JP90 routine for 50/30 for 3 sets each. I was a little sore beginning the jelqs, so I might take another day off.

            Warm Down
            Warmed down with the ceramic heater.

            I felt good about today's session beside the initial soreness. After the end of my routine, my penis looked great: it was plump and thick, so I decided to measure it out of curiosity despite the fact that I told myself I would wait a month before measuring again. My post workout bpel was 7.75, which is up .25 of an inch. My post workout eg was 5 1/8, which is up 3/8 of an inch. I know they're only post workout measurements, but I'm definitely seeing improvement and may stick with this for awhile. My initial measurement was pre workout, but my second measurement was post workout like this one, so I may continue post workout measurements in the future since I plan on staying consistent. I'm also considering warming up with my bathmate instead of the ceramic heater, but the ceramic heater is so convenient.

              Okay, so I decided to start with mecoach. After an introduction interview, I was asked to take a week off and then to start a new routine. This is the second day of my new routine.

              Week 2, Day 13:
              I had no soreness from yesterday so I decided to take another session on. I will rest tomorrow.


              Warm Up
              After sitting in front of a ceramic heater, I warmed up with the bathmate for 5 minutes.

              Squeezes

              I then did thirty reps of advanced squeezes. I felt like I was getting a good workout.

              Stretches

              I then did 200 reps of side-to-side stretches at an appropriate speed that wasn't too fast or too slow. Maybe 2-3 sec per rep. My penis was red and plump afterward.

              Stamina
              I started with five erect kegels with 5 second holds between each rep but this felt a little too easy so I increased the rep count to ten.
              I then did start and stops. My penis felt harder and fuller during this than it has in a long time. I did not ejaculate.

              Warm Down
              I warmed down with the bathmate.

              I have new pictures added to my album to show my measurements at the start of this routine.

                Took a day off before returning to my routine.

                Warm Up
                I sat in front of ceramic heater before using the bathmate for five minutes.

                Squeezes
                I get myself to about 80% erection to perform a good squeeze otherwise it doesn't feel like I'm accomplishing anything. I squeeze at the base and below the glans for about five seconds for one rep. I repeat this 30 times.

                Side-to-Sides
                I do 200 side-to-side stretches with a pace of about 2-3 seconds between each rep.

                Stamina
                I bought the stamina fleshlight to help with my stamina routine. I currently do 10 erect kegels because I don't feel like 5 gives me a good workout. I do these erect in the fleshlight. I then do my start and stops. Last time I did start and stops, I think my first was 9 minutes, my second was 4 minutes and my last was 2 minutes. This time with the fleshlight, my first was 4 minutes and my last 2 were 2 minutes. I also couldn't stop myself from ejaculating the third time and I was really disappointed in myself because I've been doing so well with nofap. I've been trying to justify the edging because it's a part of pe stamina but I don't know.

                  Back to it:

                  I'm on the second week of my mecoach routine. Here is my log:

                  Because of time and convenience, I warmed up with the ceramic heater for about ten minutes. I then increased to 35 squeezes for my second week. I also increased my side-to-side stretches from 200-250. I increased my erect kegels from 10 to 20. I did my start and stops and felt like I had a great workout. I warmed down with the ceramic heater.

                    I worked out last night:
                    Warm Up:
                    I just warmed up with a ceramic heater again for about 10 minutes.

                    Squeezes:
                    The squeezes were great this time. I did 35. I was really relaxed and was getting great reps.

                    Side-to-side stretches:
                    I felt like I wasn't getting a good stretch in some of my previous workouts, so this time I stretched around my hip and pushed my hip forward at the end of each rep and it made a real difference. My penis felt very stretched when I was finished. That was a rewarding feeling because it felt like I was actually working it out instead of just going through the motions.

                    Stamina:
                    I notice a big difference in my kegels. It was very difficult at first to hold each erect kegel for five seconds. Now it's no problem. I'm able to hold them for ten seconds for 20 reps.

                    My start and stops aren't consistent times yet. My first start is anywhere from 4 to 9 minutes, my second start is anywhere between 2 and 4 minutes, and the third start usually isn't over 2 minutes except for once when I went 8 minutes my third time.

                    Warm Down:
                    I warmed down with the ceramic heater again. I plan on going back to the bathmate soon when I have the space and time.

                          I took three days of rest before starting this week. I warmed up with the ceramic heater for about ten minutes. I then did 40 squeezes and had really good eq. I transitioned into 300 side-to-sides. I did 2 sets of 10 erect kegels at 10 seconds each. I then finished with stop and starts and warm down with the ceramic heater.

                            Week 3, Day 2:
                            I warmed up with the ceramic heater and then the bathmate for five minutes. I did 40 squeezes but my eq was low today unlike yesterday. I did 300 side-to-sides, 2 sets of 10 erect kegels at 10 seconds each but I was having difficulty staying erect this time. I finished with the stop and starts, and warmed down with the bathmate. I took post workout pictures. I'm right at 8 inches which is an increase from my last post workout picture of a 1/4 inch. My girth is still the same at 5 inches.                               I took a rest day and went back to my routine. I warmed up with just the ceramic heater for about ten minutes. I then did 40 squeezes, my eq was still kind of low in comparison to other days. I followed up with 300 side-to-sides, 2 sets of erect kegels at 10 seconds each. I did my start and stops and warmed down with the ceramic heater. I did have a problem this time: I ejaculated to porn. I was doing so well with nofap. My penis looked and felt so great in my hand. I looked up porn just to "check" and couldn't control myself. I relapsed. I'm trying to gain control of myself before it gets too bad again.
