I am reporting that I got COVID, and laid in bed for 15-18 hours a day for about a week. Recently I measured my BPEL, and it is 0.9" less than my best BPEL measurement. I gained 0.9" over the past three months or so. Also my room dropped down to low humidity, about 30% due to the weather. Perhaps water evaporated from my dick. My dick feels more "porky" now than spongy when BPEL was longer. I edged a lot but didn't cum. However, my EQ is low, and I can't get a rock-hard erection. Perhaps that is a long-COVID effect. The good news is that I am nearly recovered from COVID, and am feeling much better. I got COVID most likely from going to a grocery store that was very crowded. I live on my own, and didn't have any close-contact for at least two weeks before I started feeling unwell.
I know what worked for me to get those gains, so I am using the same routine.

Thank you for your kind words. I hope they do, too. It would be wonderful if they did. Now that I see how I lost progress from taking a 3 week break or so, I am motivated to be consistent with my PEing. I'll still take breaks from time to time, of course.

I am also losing my gains when stopping for more than 1 week.
In my case and maby your case too its a work it or lose it.
No problems with that ... PE is a life time activity. Like a life style.
I agree that its like muscle memory and they are coming fast

Having had gains for a prolonged period increases how cemented they are.

For me, I suspect that even working out consistently, i.e. doing pushups, ab workouts, cardio, etc. is something that I need to do consistently (not take a 3-week break), or else I lose muscle. I've lost some muscle, too.
It's the new year, so onwards and upwards!!!

How long have you stop to lose all gains? First of all, I hope everything is ok. Second, I cant help but notice that mine is experiencing the same thing. It is porky but shorter and EQ is lower. I hang everyday and edge after break. Now I am resting for a few days to observe if it was just too much edging.

My gains have returned somewhat. I have regained 0.5", and am now 0.4" less from my personal best BPEL measurement. My EQ has improved as well. However, I feel that I need to get more sunshine, as I've been staying indoors too much. Perhaps the sunshine will help improve my EQ.

I stopped doing PE for about 3 weeks. Thank you for your concern. I am feeling much better now, and tested negative for Covid twice in a row. My EQ has improved, and I'm now only 0.4" less from where I was before I took a break from PE. So I am regaining my gains. I wish you all the best.
The last week I've taken off....
