Starting a Progress Log for this routine which is a combination of JP90 days and KP Advanced Beginner Routine consisting of Edging and kegels.
Routine:
1) 10 minutes Rice Sock warm up
2) JP stretching which takes almost 15 minutes. This includes basic stretch held for as long as I can do 25 Kegels in the direction I stretch. Followed by 10 Circular Stretches. 5 clockwise and 5 Anticlockwise. 20 helicopter shakes after each stretch.
So basically
1 stretch left +25 Quick kegels +10 Circular stretches + 20 helicopters.
Similarly repeated for Right ,up and outwards. Not for downwards direction since it wasn't directly advised by JP.
3) 20 lambda Jelqs each Jelq taking atleast 6 seconds. 8 seconds are recommended by KP but my pp isn't big enough so yeah 😅
4) 20 V-Jelqs each taking 6 seconds.
5) 20 Regular Jelqs with Ok grip taking 6 seconds.
6) Immediately translating this into edging for almost 30 minutes. I've been doing edging for almost a year so it's not a big deal but I did it without knowing about it much so it's different now. Nasty and Sticky Ejaculation at the end ( as advised by KP the Pe Legend himself)
7) No warm down, I've read people say that they use edging as a warm down itself, so I'll be doing the same unless told otherwise by an experienced person.
8) I will be adding a light Kegel and Reverse Kegel routine after the edging or before the edging but this is something I haven't done before.
Routine is followed 1 day ON and 1 Day OFF. Giving me 2 days rest on weekend and 3 Ejaculations per week.
Lube Used: Nivia Cocoa Butter with Vitamin E.
I've been doing this workout for the last 12 days and I think I've been consistent enough to start a Log for it now.
Measurements:
BPEL: 5.7 inch ( measured at 100% EQ after almost 40 minutes of edging.
MEG: 5.0 inch (used a thread to measure this. Measured during the same 40 minute Edging session
Goals for the next 6 months:
I) Any Length/Girth gain would do.(0.5 BPEL and 0.2MEG would be cool for 6 months goal I guess)
II) Increase Edging timing to atleast 45-50 minutes regularly
III) Learn DO/MMO
IV) Learn to do atleast 40-45 seconds Kegel (1minute Optimal)
V) Balance my Pelvic Floor with K/RK routine. I found a ratio for it on some PEgym post (150RK to 100K) ( subject to being wrong) (It's not out of balance but I would want it to be perfect so I can Increase the timing)
Healthy Things I'm trying to Adopt and Bad habits given up:
I) Ofcourse No porn( haven't watched in the last 10 days already)
II) No fizzy drinks, fried stuff, fast food anything bad for blood flow to be precise.
III) I don't smoke or drink so that's out of the way anyway
IV) Drinking atleast 2 litres water daily. Been doing this for over a month.Lots of peeing but it also helped me learn Kegels and Reverse kegels well by identifying Thier muscles involved.
V)Eating oat meal once a week. I don't like it alot so yeah.
V) Allowing myself 1 cheating for every 10 days.
VI) I'm not obese but trying to lose some weight which might help me get rid of some of the fat pad)
What proves my determination: I haven't watched any porn for almost 10 days now and for someone who has been addicted for almost 2 years to Masterbation with porn.Thats enough to prove 🤣😅
*I do stealth PE which sucks but I have to make do with it :'(
