    Starting a Progress Log for this routine which is a combination of JP90 days and KP Advanced Beginner Routine consisting of Edging and kegels.

    Routine:
    1) 10 minutes Rice Sock warm up

    2) JP stretching which takes almost 15 minutes. This includes basic stretch held for as long as I can do 25 Kegels in the direction I stretch. Followed by 10 Circular Stretches. 5 clockwise and 5 Anticlockwise. 20 helicopter shakes after each stretch.
    So basically
    1 stretch left +25 Quick kegels +10 Circular stretches + 20 helicopters.
    Similarly repeated for Right ,up and outwards. Not for downwards direction since it wasn't directly advised by JP.

    3) 20 lambda Jelqs each Jelq taking atleast 6 seconds. 8 seconds are recommended by KP but my pp isn't big enough so yeah 😅

    4) 20 V-Jelqs each taking 6 seconds.

    5) 20 Regular Jelqs with Ok grip taking 6 seconds.

    6) Immediately translating this into edging for almost 30 minutes. I've been doing edging for almost a year so it's not a big deal but I did it without knowing about it much so it's different now. Nasty and Sticky Ejaculation at the end ( as advised by KP the Pe Legend himself)

    7) No warm down, I've read people say that they use edging as a warm down itself, so I'll be doing the same unless told otherwise by an experienced person.

    8) I will be adding a light Kegel and Reverse Kegel routine after the edging or before the edging but this is something I haven't done before.

    Routine is followed 1 day ON and 1 Day OFF. Giving me 2 days rest on weekend and 3 Ejaculations per week.

    Lube Used: Nivia Cocoa Butter with Vitamin E.

    I've been doing this workout for the last 12 days and I think I've been consistent enough to start a Log for it now.

    Measurements:
    BPEL: 5.7 inch ( measured at 100% EQ after almost 40 minutes of edging.
    MEG: 5.0 inch (used a thread to measure this. Measured during the same 40 minute Edging session


    Goals for the next 6 months:
    I) Any Length/Girth gain would do.(0.5 BPEL and 0.2MEG would be cool for 6 months goal I guess)
    II) Increase Edging timing to atleast 45-50 minutes regularly
    III) Learn DO/MMO
    IV) Learn to do atleast 40-45 seconds Kegel (1minute Optimal)
    V) Balance my Pelvic Floor with K/RK routine. I found a ratio for it on some PEgym post (150RK to 100K) ( subject to being wrong) (It's not out of balance but I would want it to be perfect so I can Increase the timing)


    Healthy Things I'm trying to Adopt and Bad habits given up:
    I) Ofcourse No porn( haven't watched in the last 10 days already)
    II) No fizzy drinks, fried stuff, fast food anything bad for blood flow to be precise.
    III) I don't smoke or drink so that's out of the way anyway
    IV) Drinking atleast 2 litres water daily. Been doing this for over a month.Lots of peeing but it also helped me learn Kegels and Reverse kegels well by identifying Thier muscles involved.
    V)Eating oat meal once a week. I don't like it alot so yeah.
    V) Allowing myself 1 cheating for every 10 days.
    VI) I'm not obese but trying to lose some weight which might help me get rid of some of the fat pad)

    What proves my determination: I haven't watched any porn for almost 10 days now and for someone who has been addicted for almost 2 years to Masterbation with porn.Thats enough to prove 🤣😅

    *I do stealth PE which sucks but I have to make do with it :'(

    Today's session:
    10 minutes warm up--->17 minutes of stretching--->60Jelqs (20 Lambda Jelqs+20 V-Jelqs+20 Wet Jelqs)---->32 minutes Edging (+2 minutes of PONR breaks and re lubing= 34 minutes)

    DID NOT do Kegels apart from the JP stretching. I read a good beginners routine last night for Kegels and Reverse kegels but was too tired to note down the specifics so I'll write them down and start them from the day after tommorow .
    BPEL: 5.5 inches
    MEG: 5.0 inches

    6 months Goal:
    BPEL: 6.0 inches
    MEG: 5.2 inches (girth doesn't matter to me really)

      Today's session:

      So today was supposed to be a rest day but I had been reading Pegasus Edging guide, after my first 6 pages I realized that almost every person suggested Kegels/reverse Kegels during the edging session. So I wanted to give it a try. I had an idea of how much I would suck at erect Kegels but still was surprised to see I couldn't even hold an erect Kegel for 3 seconds properly. The involuntary ones at PONR last longer than the ones I was doing myself. So a lot of work needs to be done.
      I found a beginner Kegel and Reverse Kegel Routine and will start doing it daily.(I think light routines wont need rest days)
      This is the Routine I will be following for Kegels and Reverse Kegels.


      Kegel Routine:
      -100 Quick Kegels(1 second Kegels) as warm up and to get the feel of the muscle.
      1 minute Break
      -25 Kegels with try to increase 1 second per kegel. starting from 1 second---2second---3second... so on.
      1 minute Break
      -25 Kegels the same way until I get to 10 seconds hold.
      1 minute break
      -25 Kegels again in the same manner
      1 minute break
      -25 Kegels again.

      The idea is to increase time of Kegel until I can reach 30 seconds.
      Target:30+ seconds hold in the next 3 months.
      Routine: 2 day on 1 day off but I will do it separately from my PE routine so it doesn't put too much strain on my pp.

      Once I can get to 5-6 second hold I will try to incorporate this into my regular Edging sessions.


      Reverse Kegel Routine:
      50x 1 second hold/1 second release for warm-up
      10x 5 second hold/5 second release
      5x 10 second hold/10 second release
      3x 20 second hold/20 second release
      1x 60 second hold/60 second release
      Eventually
      5x 60 second holds/60 second release
      10x 60 second hold/60 second release

      I will stay away from the longer holds (30 seconds and more) until I have one month of practice under my belt and 60 second ones until I have 2 months of Practice under my belt.

      After 5 seconds Reverse Kegels are under my control I will incorporate them into the Edging.

        Today's session:
        10 minutes warm up--->17 minutes of stretching--->40Jelqs (20 Lambda Jelqs+20 V-Jelqs)---->29 minutes Edging (Not much Breaks on PONR)

        Stretches and Jelqs went well.I had to edge in standing position today due to some unfortunate circumstances.
        Some things felt different. During the 29 minutes (almost 30) I got only 2 PONR and on the third one I ejaculated. Before when I did it in reclined position I would get almost 4 PONR before ejaculating on the 5th.
        Only two things I did differently were standing and I did a few erect Kegel/into Reverse Kegel sets. Almost 7-8 sets of 3 second Kegels transitioning to Reverse Kegels. I also kept trying to breath with my belly during the edge but I still need to work more at it.

        ***Interesting thing I found out was that whenever I felt aroused/get a closing to PONR sensation I would do a Belly breath (like completely filling it up with air) and the sensation would halt.I guess that could be one of the reasons for my Less number of PONR during this session since I read bully breaths are similar to Reverse Kegels.


        Regardless, will be doing my Kegel/Reverse Kegel Routine sometime later in the Night.

          No Porn Day 15

          Today's session:
          10 minutes warm up--->13 minutes of stretching--->44Jelqs (22 Lambda Jelqs+22 V-Jelqs)---->25 minutes Edging

          I had a pretty uncomfortable stretching. Dont know why. I can feel a slight tingling ( can't say pain) while walking ,near my right ligament. I hope it doesn't turn out to be a problem.

          Jelqs were great. I added an extra two since it's been 15 days in the routine I think a couple of Jelqs added would be good.

          Edging was cut short a bit ,I could have gone longer but was too aroused.
          Did alot of Kegels 4 seconds on most of them. 3 seconds on some. And transitioned to reverse kegels and inhaled ( belly) during them then exhaled slowly. I think I'm getting better at these


          *** I've found out doing Kegel while stroking actually helps me hold them longer but if I do it without stroking they are weak and short. No idea whats up here :]

            Stretching was Ok today, felt like I was doing a bit less, even though I shouldn't be deviating from KingPole's routine ,I did it anyway xD
            40 extra Wet Jelqs added today also did 35 minute edge .I could do almost 5 seconds Kegels again and actually felt some of the reverse kegels. Thinking of it as progress.

              Almost after 5 minutes of edging I felt by Unit was thicker than usual... I didn't measure but it did visually look a little bit thicker in the mid. I got excited and decided to measure the BPEL and it was 5.6 inches. Absolutely MINDBLOWN!!!!!
              I guess its the EQ increase from all that edging. Feeling Great about my routine now and I hope I can keep this up and see even more results.

                Accidently came at almost 25 minutes. I was testing how strong my Kegels had gotten.Can hold for almost 10 seconds now with ease. Sad but it's a first. I'll be more careful next time. Couldnt stretch much since I was feeling very horny making stretching difficult. Not my best workout, I need to do better.

                  Today's session:
                  10 minutes warm up--->--->98Jelqs (24 Lambda Jelqs+24 V-Jelqs+50 Wet Jelqs)---->42 minutes Edging


                  Had to take a break due to some family matters. I was out of town. Now back to PE ,will do a 2 days on 1 day off to make up for the lost time.

                  Anyway ,today's session was just phenomenal. I couldnt stretch because I was too horny to do it ���� so couldnt get flaccid enough and didnt wanna maaterbate it either before edging. So skipped it. Jelqs were great, lots of precum ��. Edging was awesome. I think I've never been/ felt this hard and long before it was remarkable. Didnt measure or anything but I could feel Increase in size. Could just be me but I won't be measuring for s month so meh.

                  My Kegels and Reverse kegels were reaching almost 13-15 seconds easily without me trying to push it alot so that's a huge positive from the session.

                    Today's session:
                    15 minutes warm up--->15 minutes of stretching--->40Jelqs (40 Wet Jelqs)---->37 minutes Edging


                    Not my best session but definitely had some positives. While I was edging and doing reverse kegels I could literally see the head of my penis expand and contract depending on the pressure I was putting. It was extremely satisfying to know I've been doing them right

                    Couldn't jelq for shit today it just kept getting flaccid. Stretching was alright and so was edging. Again I could see it visibly alot bigger then I'm used to seeing so it was a happy sight for me hehe :"D

                    Volume of cum after the ejaculation seemed alot more then usual.
                    Will be taking a break tommorow and hopefully I can jelq better in the next session.

                      Today's session:
                      10 minutes warm up--->-->40Jelqs (40 Wet Jelqs)---->26 minutes Edging


                      Very shit session. Couldn't stretch because it kept getting hard everytime I touched it. So I proceeded to Jelqing. Edging got ruined again because I couldn't hold at PONR. I can feel my Kegels becoming stronger.Started off with a 19 second kegel while edging which was the only positive in today's workout.
                      Honestly it felt like I just did the workout for the sake of cumming. Which is a really bad thing. I realize this and I will try to do better in the next one and make up for this.

                        Today was supposed to be a break day but I'm going out of town for a couple of days so did edging.For 53 minutes.Longest Kegel hold lasted 25 seconds erect which is today's highlight.
                        Reverse kegels stamina still need work.
