Thread: From Above Average to Stud

Greetings PEGym!
I'm a 30-something with a somewhat above average cock that is looking to transform it into the cock of a stud. Size hasn't been an issue for me when it comes to sex, so this is really for me(though hopefully future partners will enjoy my new size equally!). I also know that achieving my goals will definitely give me a bit of a confidence boost in life as a whole.
While I've set up a spreadsheet for myself to track my PE progress, I decided to also make a public log for the extra accountability factor.
Current Stats:
BPEL: 6.25"
MEG: 5.00"
Size Goals (Short-Term - 3 to 6 month time horizon):
Goal # 1
BPEL: 6.75" (Achieved 2/12/2020)
MEG: 5.50" (Achieved 2/12/2020)
Goal # 2
BPEL: 7.25"
MEG: 5.75"
Size Goals (Long-Term - 1 to 2 year time horizon):
BPEL: 8.00"

Additional Goals:
- Consistency with workouts
- Focus on quality over quantity
- Maintain positive attitude and belief that my goals are achievable
- While I can last 20+ minutes during sex, it can be a bit of a struggle if it's not something that I'm really focusing on. I'd love to be able to just enjoy myself during sex without having to worry about cumming too soon.
- Become consistent with multiple orgasms. I've had some success with this, but haven't figured out how to do it regularly.
Current Routine (2 Days on, 1 Day Off):
I'm not a total PE novice, but still relatively inexperienced. Prior to starting with the BathMate, I spent a few weeks conditioning and preparing myself for more intense work via jelqing and manual stretching, steadily working my way up from 5 minutes of each to 10 minutes. For now my routine is below. I based things off of the GoodLookingLoser Ultimate BathMate routine, but made some changes to streamline the process/more efficient. For example, GLL has you jelq the day after a BM session, but then you have to go through the process of getting warmed up again, vs. under my setup, you'd be all warmed-up and good to start jelqing and stretching once done with the BM. I'm planning on measuring at the middle and end of each month, along with regularly keeping track of my PIs. After a month of this program, I'll reassess and make adjustments accordingly.
- 15 minutes in BathMate at around 70-80% erection
- 5 minutes of jelqing
- 10 minutes of manual stretching

Week 1 Update
Workouts on: 1/15, 1/16, 1/18, 1/19, and 1/21
Rest Days on: 1/17, and 1/20
Routine:
- 15 minutes in BathMate at around 70-80% erection
- 10 minutes of manual stretching
Positive PIs:
- Better flaccid hang
- More veiny/muscular look at the base of my cock (mostly only noticeable when semi-hard and above)
- More consistent and stronger morning wood
- Just for kicks, I took a girth measurement after a BM session and found that when not even fully erect, my girth matched my pre-pump erect girth of 5"
- To see how much of a lingering effect the BM pump has on me, I took a fully erect measurement this morning and was surprised to see that I was at almost 6.5" long and 5.5" around! Hoping this translates into some significant growth over the long-run! I'm not going to get too excited though since I'm still so new to PE.
Negative PIs:
- None so far
Things to Improve:
- Definitely losing some suction while in the BM after about 2-3 minutes. I may need to do a little more manscaping to help with this. I'll also see what I could be doing better technically.
- Visualization and focus during workouts
Other:
- Feeling super motivated by the positive changes that I've seen thus far and look forward to workouts.

Week 5 / One Month Update
Workouts on: Generally speaking (M, T, Th, F)
Rest Days on: Generally speaking (Sa, Su)
Routine:
- 15 minutes in BathMate at around 70-80% erection
- 5 minutes of jelqing
- 10 minutes of manual stretching
Progress / Gains:
- I did my first set of 'official' measurements after one month of PE and am so excited to report a gain of 0.5" for both length and girth! My current stats are a BPEL of 6.75" and a MEG of 5.5". I posted a length progress pic in my albums. I know I have quite a bit of time and work ahead of me, but my 8" x 6" goal is now starting to feel truly attainable.
- For the most part, I'm continuing to see the positive PIs that I reported during week 1.
Negative PIs:
- None so far
Things to Improve:
- Continue working on my BathMate technique. I'm much better about not losing as much suction now, and know to manscape weekly at a minimum, rather than waiting 2-3 weeks.
- Continue to work on focus and visualization during workouts.
Circulation issue? Any change...
