Progress log to finally track my work.
Started my journey years ago, kept it up for a month or two but in the end college and friends took up my time.
Back now because of lockdown and having more free time in my hands.
Have been doing a combination of hanging and jelqing for 2 months but was slightly interrupted due to some skin breaks and sores at the very base of my shaft. I believe this was because i wasn't moisturising my skin enough, before, during or after hanging. Needed to take 2 weeks off to allow them to heal. For a week or 2 after I was doing 30 minutes or so of dry jelqing to get some conditioning again. Back to hanging now and feeling nice fatigue so will continue with this for now hope to measure every month and seeing some good length gains.
Cant remember when I upped weights along the way and how many sets I was doing for the last few months but generally was doing
4 sets of 20 mins Monday through Friday
6 sets of 20 mins on Saturday and Sunday as I had the extra time. That all adds up to 10 hours 40 mins a week so hitting that 10 hour goal as I've read on the hanging forums.
For the last 2 weeks I've been doing
3 sets of 30 mins to give slightly more hanging time and less time spent wrapping and taking off the weight. Havent noticed any glands getting cold or any negative effects so will continue.
All hanging done with a sock hanger method. Pinches a little and slightly uncomfortable when first hanging the weight but after a minute when everything settled its all good.
Angle being used is BTC, I lie on my bed with my hips at the edge. Currently hanging 2.25kg for the first and maybe second set. Usually take off 0.5kg for the third and fourth as I still feel fatigue.
Will try to update the log each night and measure on the 5th of each month as that was the date I started my PE journey.
