    10 minute hot water bottle

    4 sets 30 mims at 3kg

    No side to sides or jelqs just to rest from manual stretching and the jelqing. Well see how things feel as time goes by.

    Will continue hanging everyday and doing 2 day on 1 day off routine of side to sides and jelqing, slowly increasing volume by 10 side to sides and 5 dry jelqs a session

    Still noticing an improvement in EQ since I started jelqing.

    Different set up today. Since I'm working from home at a desk I was doing my sets today on my work chair during the day. Felt good for the most part but had to reset set 3 because things slipped and I knew it would get uncomfortable later in the set.

    Also ordered a real hanger to arrive in 3 weeks since I hope to work during the day at my desk then maybe some side to sides and helping in the evening as I still feel they habe improved my EQ over the last couple of weeks. Sock hanger still works well for these light weights but I think it wont be able to with bigger weights

    Some skin discomfort with the new position in the chair but hoping it will go down with more practice. Felt good fatigue and stretch from it though even though I've been at this weight for a while

    15 minute hot shower, 100 side to sides in there too

    10 minute hot water bottle

    4 sets 30 mins @ 2.5kg BTC

    felt good fatigue during the hang and it was tough to get through the final sets. Can't imagine me being able to hang 3kg or more like normal

    Never usually feel the dull soreness of fatigue once I've stopped hanging. wonder if this is hindering gains or if I need to change technique as I hang

    Was back to laying on the side of the bed watching tv with my hips off the bed and this felt more comfortable

    Also upper my water intake the last fee days to 3 litres. Haven't been drinking much the last while and wonder if I'm more hydrated will my skin and muscles feel more elastic and more susceptible to deform and grow. Also hoping it helps with dry skin and make it less likely to crack. Just a little theory

    Have also decided to change how often I measure. While every 4 weeks feels like a long time I think ill get disheartened if I see no growth in this time. Saw on another thread a user was measuring every 100 hours of hanging time and this makes sense to try the same. He was gaining 1/8th of an inch each 100 hours consistently. Have to remember this is a marathon and not a sprint
