I followed the recommendation for the starting length. I measured my burrito and substracted the number they mention in the booklet. I have always wore it downward, it's strentching more in my case.
Then, I was adding another rod each time I felt the tension was not as high while wearing the extender (the base was loose). It usually was close to the recommended time of the manufacturer.
- rod 1 added after 14 hours
- rod 2 added after 21 h
- rod 3: 28h
- rod 4: 54.5h
- rod 5: 47.5h
- rod 6: 50.5h
- rod 7: 47h
- rod 8: 56.5h
- rod 9: 79.5 h
- rod 10: not added yet, I've done 64h so far with rod 9.
Currently, on top of the base system, I have two long rods added, so the extender starts to be huge...
Also, I've seen people asking about the screws at the base of the system. These screws do not change the spring tension but just allows to lock the extender to a the desired angle. I know for other extender, these screws change the tension but not here.
That's why, you need to take your time before adding rods, coz you get the max tension with the QEP (2500 to 4000g depending on the model).Last edited by eldoctor; 02-20-2021 at 11:17 AM.

Eldoctor...do you vary the position of the extender while you are wearing it? This last week I am trying position it up (towards my head), down (towards my feet) and also to the left and right. I am very encouraged by your gains! I have been wearing mine for just over 100 hours and I have gained .25" in EL already!
Start: 01/29/21 BPEL: 6.25, MEG: 5.1
As of: 02/28/21 BPEL: 6.75, MEG: 5.25
Short term goal: stick with it for at least 3 months!
Long term goal: BPEL 8.0

I have always wearing it pointing down and mostly to the right.
By doing so, I feel more tension.
In addition, I have been trying to reduce a little bit my upward curve and correct a small deviation to the left.

Hi everybody,
I'm done with my 6-month training and the last pic is available here: https://www.pegym.com/forums/members...bpel-7-69.html
I am happy to say that after almost 500 hours, I gained about 1 inch going from 6.75 to 7.69 inch or so.
I am very happy about the results and happy also to take a break from the extender because it is really a huge commitment to wear this thing for that long.
From now on, I will do side to side stretch every 2 days (I've started with 200 reps and will go up to 1000 as recommended in the forum) and work my thickness a little bit with Uli's and squeez (jelq free routine).
I will keep you updated with new results. My goal would be to get to 8inch and the cement this size for good.Last edited by eldoctor; 03-17-2021 at 11:58 AM.

I used an extender for 540 hours, hanging 1-3kg for another 250 hours probably. It seems to me I have only made gains with ruler stretching. I could rarely measure an increase in bpfsl after extending, but I was doing no manual stretching when putting in all these hours, only jelqing and other girth exercises + edging from time to time with a poor technique. I haven't gained anything from all those hours, but I am gaining this year with manual stretching again. I gained my first bpfsl/bpel this way in 2018.
I was experimenting very good PIs with extending at times, like more random erections and a longer and heavier flaccid, but 7-8 months of extending haven't allowed me to see any bpfsl/bpel gains.
What do you think I did wrong? I was gaining length in the extender though, I added some bars from where I was stretching in the first month.

It's a hard question to answer...Penises are different and the capacity for them to grow is too. But one thing for sure is that less is better than more when it comes to stretching. It's better to do less tension for a longer period of time than shorter training at high intensity. It's a marathon, not a sprint...Also, being very regular with your routine and having rest days are essential because that's when you grow.
These are very basic tips that I saw posted many times, but they seemed to have been the key for success in my case.
Hi, sorry im a newb. whats...
Anyone every try having rest days...
