Dang I've had one of these things since November and just tried putting the excess strap back through the bottom holes and that has drastically improved comfort, thank you!!!

You're welcome, I'm glad you found that useful! I think the two most useful things for me have been the modification to the glans support and the silicon sleeve with the O-ring.
The modification to the glans support allows me to get myself strapped in without having to worry about fighting the spring compression. I have tried several different things to improve comfort and the silicon sleeve with the O-ring has worked the best for me. I can wear my extender now for 2 hours at a time without taking a break and without my glans going cold/numb!Start: 01/29/21 BPEL: 6.25, MEG: 5.1

Glad to see I'm not the only one that gaines girth from extending alone. The sleeve modification looks great btw. Still liking it? My concern would be sweating because it's not breathable.
It's nice seeing other members have success using the QEP. I'd hate to talk it up on my logs and no one be able to duplicate the results. This just goes to show that extending done right is a very viable option for enlargement. How many hours a day have you been averaging? How many days a week?
PE smarter, not harder brah

I love the sleeve, it's the most comfortable solution I have found so far. You are right about it not breathing which is why I apply a liberal amount baby powder before putting the sleeve on. I can have the extender on for 2 hours at a time if I am lying down in bed. When I am working at my desk I can typically only wear it for an hour at a time.
My corona seems to be pretty sensitive, 2 hours lying is bed is fine as it is just steady pressure, but sitting at my desk requires some movement and that movement can really increase the tension which causes my corona to get irritated. Typically I am getting in 5-6 hours a day during the week and maybe 2-4 a day during the weekend. Things seem to work out that I have one day a week that I can't extend, so it ends up being a rest day.
I get up every morning around 4am and put on the extender and lay back in bed. This gives me a solid 2 hours to extend before I have to start my work day. First things first, I have to make sure I empty my bladder before putting on the extender. I have found that if I don't I will have at least a partial erection almost the entire time which isn't conducive to extending (induced morning wood?). It usually takes 10-15 minutes for everything to relax. During that time I will point my burrito towards my head, to the left, towards my feet and then to the right. I allow gravity to slowly start stretching things out. After that 10-15 minutes (when I feel everything is relaxed and stretched out) I will start turning the knurled ends of the rods to increase the extension. I increase the extension in 8mm increments (I made a gauge to help, I'll post a pic later). Again I allow about 10-15 minutes between each incremental increase and continue with pointing my burrito up, left, down and right. I follow this pattern until I reach the maximum extension of 24mm.
Having the quiet time from 4am-6am to extend is great because I can really focus on feeling how my body is reacting to the extending. It's most noticeable when I am pointed to the sides or down towards my feet, but I can literally feel the moment when gravity slowly overcomes the initial resistance and the muscles/ligaments relax and begin to stretch!Start: 01/29/21 BPEL: 6.25, MEG: 5.1

Today I made another step towards becoming healthier. I had already started working at losing weigh by doing intermittent fasting (only eating between 11am and 7pm) and portion control. I have had some modest success in shedding a few pounds but in order to really lose the excess weight I need to start working out again. At my work we have a gym that I used, but since the pandemic started I have only been in the office 4 times in the last 12 months AND the work gym has been put off limits. We also have a fitness center in the development where I live, but that also has been closed down because of the pandemic.
My wife and I have talked about it quite a bit over the last couple of weeks and decided to purchase one of those new ellipticals where it has a display and connects in with instructors for workout classes. We had considered other pieces of equipment but due to back, knee and ankle issues we both need something low impact and an elliptical seems the way to go, with any luck it will be here in 3 weeks or so. I know being overweight is a significant contributor to my ED, so I am really, really motivated!Start: 01/29/21 BPEL: 6.25, MEG: 5.1

Progress log for week 8 has been added to post #1.
I have made the decision to listen to my body rather than following the manufacturers recommended program. I'm NOT planning on going overboard with my extending, if anything I will likely be going slower. I am very pleased with my progress so far and I think I have a very good understanding of how my body is reacting to my extending. I have also decided I am going to go with a 3 day on/1 day off routine to give my body time to rest/heal.Start: 01/29/21 BPEL: 6.25, MEG: 5.1
