I'm having log on other forum and want to keep up with both until one take over
To introduce myself quickly - 6.25x5.25 seeking 8x6. Did PE years ago for maximum two months until I gave up and that's what I did for several years. LPSG, JP90 here and there. Got permanent gains from BathMate that I used years ago. Much more prone to girth compared to length, haven't gain length to this day for some reason. I'm waiting for my extender and hanger to arrive so I can start with devices soon, will purchase a pump too in near future
My routine looks like this:
10 min warmup and 10 min warm down
BTC 3x3 30sec
S2S with 6 sets of 50 reps, 1 second pause on each side, two sides counts as 1
Stretches 3x30sec forward, downward, up, left, right
25 min of jelq, 2 sec of 300 jelqs where two hands counts as 1 rep
Started again PE since the beginning of 21 and won't stop until my goal is achieved
One question here - if I gain girth that easy, is it better to stop with jelqs and focus on stretches only?
