Hi, I decided to start using a traction device to help with my upward curvature (at the base) due to peyronie disease ( that generates light E.D.). So I wanted to share with you my journey with the ups and downs. If I can gain some length it could be also a nice thing for me. I use the Andropenis extender:
Starting measurements :
- 6.3 inches BPEL (16cm) x 5.1 inches girth (13cm)
- 3.1 inches Flaccid length
Week 1 ( start: 30/01/2021 )
starting extender size: 4.3 inches (2 inches under Erect Length)
- Saturday: 3 hours
better E.Q. and flaccid looks bigger
- Sunday: 3h30
better E.Q. and flaccid looks bigger
- Monday: 3h30
better E.Q. and flaccid looks bigger
- Tuesday: 4h
better E.Q. and flaccid looks bigger
- Wednesday: 4h
better E.Q. and flaccid looks bigger
- Thursday: 4h
better E.Q. and flaccid looks bigger
- Friday: 6h | extender size+ 0.2 inches -> 4.5 inches
good E.Q | slight pain in the penis base + turtle flaccid ==> 2 day off

- Sunday: OFF
This first week I followed the protocol of Andropenis manual but I think that transitions are too aggressive for me, I will switch on a protocol like this (Big Al protocol ) for the next weeks:

I have to mention that I do a sort of Edging when masturbating (usually before sleeping) maybe I should try to resist to do that.

Week 2
extender size: 4.5 inches
- Monday: 4h30
- Tuesday: 4h30
- Wednesday: OFF
negative PI
- Thursday: OFF
- Friday: 4h30
- Saturday: 4h30
- Sunday: OFF
Ok 3 day OFF this week because of neagtive PI's, I think that I could not wear the extender more than 4h - 5h/day because I get easily negative P.I. I have really to be carefull. I think that it's better for me to wear it less in one day and take my time to increase the tension.

Week 3
extender size: 4.5 inches
- Monday: 5h
- Tuesday: 5h30
- Wednesday: 6h
- Thursday: OFF
- Friday: 4h | extender size+ 0.2 inches -> 4.7 inches slight decrease in E.Q.
- Saturday: 4h30
-Sunday: 5h

Today is my rest day, I had nocturnal erections and morning wood... This is a thing that did not happen since a few years. Today my flaccid is full , I have a loot of blood flow. Maybe I'm on the right way.

Some tips from me.
1. Work with 3on-1off-3on-1off-3on-2offs frequency.
2. Do not add length and volume in the same week.
3. Keep the volume steady... so for example do not do the one day 4h and the next one 6h.
4. Do not add more than 1h/week.
5. Do not do more than 1h sets and always leave at least 30mins break between the sets.

I always try to not exceed 1h30 sets.
The first week I did some mistakes with my volume but it was because i followed the andropenis manual.. I think their transitions in length and volume are a little too aggressive
Now when I add some length I reduce the volume by 2h and add progressive volume 30min by 30 min

Measured at 6.5-6.7 inches BPEL sunday afternoon!
But this week I'm very sick :/ Maybe covid19, I did a PCR test today, wait for the results...
So I will stop extending until i'm completely healed. My EQ is not good at all
