    Hello! Iam fairly new here and been reading the forums from time to time but started half seriously just 2 weeks ago, been doing some light work. I started with BPEL 6.7inches and Iam now about 6.8 inches BPEL.

    Iam also considering buying Big Als MeCoach program 1 month to start with.

    Anyway Iam going to write here every single day to never get away from PE.

    My goal is to gain 1 inch in length then Iam pretty satisfied but over time I would like to gain 8" BPEL.

    My first plan looks like this:

    (Kegels while warming up)
    (Warming up under pouring hot shower water sitting on my toilet)

    Warmup 5-10 mins

    10 mins fairly hard stretches

    Warmup 2-5 mins

    Overhand jelq with my right hand with 20-70% erect penis for 10 minutes and slow jelqs, 3-5+ second every stroke.

    Warmdown 5 min

    2 day on and 1 day off.

    Some days I dont have to energy to do jelqs Iam just so tierd and those days Iam just going to do 20 min fairly intense stretching just not to lose anything and maybee gain some length.

    Maybee I will try edging also.

    This is my starting routine and Iam sure it will change over time.

    Please feel free to come with ideas and help me, Iam fairly new.

    Just one question: "Penis Proffessor" say to stop like 2 cm before the glans because it is a nerve there that can be hurted, is that true?

    I also got one more thought..

    I dont really like the jelqs Iam not a jelq guy so the side to side stretches would fit me better. 1 day on and 1 day off, forever, I guess Thats why I have failed on PE in the past because Iam not a jelq guy, it just dont motivate me, advanced stretching exercises could motivate me. Maybee the big als no jelq routine.

    I guess the side to side stretches could be really effective because after a while you could start to pull real hard to se extreme Gains in lenght like 3 inches or so.

    Thats something I could commit to in the long run.

    Hanging or stretching, its the same really. Stretching for 45 minutes in the future would be so Easy to do for me 1 day on 1 day off. Jelq is not just apealing.

    I did not do any PE today because I got pain in the fatpad leftside from penis because I did a little bit to much stretching. Going to wait, atleast to to morrow. Iam also going to buy big als MeCoach program to really get started. Today just kegels.
