    I can't bend the dick to the ruler, not possible if I have a 10/10 EQ or even a 9/10

    I measure BPEL with a straight ruler, but I also track my BPEL using a tape measurer, the results are more accurate IMO due to the curve

    If you like to measure, just track a lot of variables.
    If you gain you will see movement in the numbers and inconsistencies will even out.

    I like to watch several indicators,
    ..like how far I go in extender or in the Pump, small visual signs and then work to claim them as consistent, then onto the next goal.
    Or how thick I can get after the 3rd clamping set midgirth or base or right behind the clamp. As long as the numbers go up along with great PI's,
    ..I keep doing what I do.

    This makes me hyped to soon get a new heavy duty extender, vac or whatever,
    ..to always crank the weight, the stretch and then numbers up mm for mm, pushing the boundaries to gain inches.

    Current: (16. March 2021)

    BPEL: 16cm / 6.3 in (+1cm/0.4in)
    MSEG: ~10,8cm / ~4.25 in (+ ~0,6cm/~0.2,5in)

    Only consistency and dedication will get you to your goals.

    Hey man, I couldn`t tell ya, never tracked it and wont.
    Times I measured NBPEL it fluctuated a lot by position, water intake, diet and measuring method vs BPEL.
    1cm to 3cm differences I noticed. Not worth the headache. BPEL too easy to do. Some of the old PE big gainers gained EQ and lost fatpad

    Great PI's. Did go slower cause of some little pains in the glans. Solved with 2 light days.
    Subtle differences in reaching new lengths inside the pump. Will ad some marks to see different milestones to reach and get closer to them.

    Feel like I'm gaining more temporary girth than length. Need to buy one of the VAC. Delivery times demotivate lol.
    Or change goal to some outrageous Volume but that's no fun to chase like length.
    No interest in tracking girth gains either. But it's much fuller and thicker after almost 2 weeks daily pumping+.

    I introduced "Pump hanging" which basically means pumping up and then slowly letting the pump hang down which creates amazing stretch in the ligs.
    A variation is then to pull the pump and rotate the pump to create more stretch.
    Maybe doing that exclusively would put more emphasis on length..

    Idea:
    -Warm up, manual stretches, bundles.
    -Any erection levle Pump hanging bend down + IC holds (should counter any loss of erection angle but enable hang and some more length potential).
    -Edge to max size and hardness then immediately pump it beyond that max size, just a little bit and hold it for x minutes.
    Maintain max in pump size via kegels etc. in pump while releasing vacuum slowly( MAINTAINING EXPANDED SIZE naturally)

    REPEAT 2-xx times a day.

    Whatever VAC hanger I will use, I plan this:

    - VAC Bundles to loosen Tunica strings. Loved it as a manual before extending.

    - Heat up and slowly go to the maximum stretch across the day in several angles and then hold it as cold as possible. (worked nicely for pumping+clamping)
    I think with a VAC I could do low intensity heated hanging for some hours and then do shorter sets maintaining the max. expansion while "freezing it".

    Break Plateaus with Fulcrum hanging (worked nicely when extending over bars)


    Cheap China or some Expensive but Quality product from the US? (all EU stuff is from China)

    I`m in grow mode! I know it!
    14-21 days is the magic range where things start to happen for me on my PE regiment.

    Random Boners, light tingling and great hang. Reaching first signs of soreness..
    Prolonging the expansion and PE exercise for some more weeks and I should be able to see lasting size increases.
