    Now in my 4th week of JP90, and I decided to measure, and looks like I have gained in girth, but not in length...in fact my length decreased by a bit!

    Start: BPEL= 6.75" // EG = 5.50"
    Now: BPEL= 6.50" // EG = 5.875"

    Wondering what may have caused the length decrease and quick increase in girth? I was pretty sure I measured accurately...maybe I wasn't 110% erect?

    Had to take a few days off due to a lower back injury...back on the wagon today. JP90 routine as per typical. Tried some light clamping with my own hand at the end to help create a held bulge at the head, and good vein structure. Harder OK grip at base, held for 20-30 seconds, then release and repeat a few times after a minute rest in between.

    It's kinda funny how once you get back into it you realize how much you actually missed the exercise!

      JP90 as per typical. Felt nice and also really liking the good vein structure happening. I think that’s a good sign?

        Decided I should start weekly notes, rather than try and do daily as I know I will never be ontop of it that much.
        Starting week #6 now. JP90 as per typical, and sometimes if I'm just lazing around, I do some extra stretching and semi-clamping with my own hand. Plan to do the same this week. Will likely measure at week #8 but honestly not sure to expect any results from what I'm seeing thus far.
        Wondering if I should be looking into the Stealth For Men wearable...measuring it sooo awkward and difficult. You need to be an octopus lol.

          Week 6...was measuring myself for a Stealth Innerwear and have discovered my BPSL has increased from 5.00" up to 6.00" now. That said, the BPEL has not increased to suit. I'm sure this is good news, but does that mean I am not doing something correctly to contribute to BPEL staying the same after 6 weeks?

            Week 6 complete. Stealth Innerwear ordered as well. Will be taking 3 days off, and start up again on Monday. Rest days!

              Not much to really update here. Almost 90 days into the program and at the moment the only increase would be to the BPFSL is now at 6.50".
              Notes: If I am wearing a cock ring, my BPEL is 7.00", which is nice, but without it I am only reaching 6.75" which is the same since almost two months ago. Feeling some discouraging feelings as I haven't really "gained" where I want to, and not nearly as much as others have succeeded in attaining.

                Good luck and stay encouraged on your journey. Maybe after 90 day conditioning you add a pump or extender to further your routine. Also, how’s that stealth working out ?

                  Stealth is working out okay I guess? The initial one I received was way too small (not saying that to be a bragging point...I just think the measurements are challenging to really nail down correctly at the firs time). Went up two girth sizes, and seems to fit comfortably. I wear pretty much 8-9 hours a day, weekends off.
                  Growth measurements haven't changed after about 3-4 weeks now. I need to enquire as to when to upsize to perhaps get gains moving. Again, a little discouraged about lack of growth. People have posted that BPFSL is more important initially, which I have gained in that department...but BPEL has not come around. Girth, more or less remains as-is.
