    MY STORY WITH PE

    Today I start my progress report. I know that the community here is very united and I hope to make a lot of friends.
    I decided to post to try to commit to my goal and also to record the results. I met the PE in 2011 but I never took it seriously.
    Between comings and goings I never managed to exceed 2 months of training.

    MY ROUTINE

    The report had started in another forum, but I preferred to write here because I found more information about PE. So, I restarted the training on 03/25/2021, performing the following routine:

    10 minutes warm-up
    10 minutes stretching
    20 minutes wet jelq
    7+7 minutes manual clamp

    MY GAINS

    I'm on the 16th. On the last day of rest, I took the measurement and was surprised by the gains, which were as follows:

    +0,2 cm in lenght
    +0,5 cm in girth

    ACTUALLY AND MY GOALS


    So, actually, I am 18,8 cm BPEL and 14 cm girth, and my goal is 20 cm BPEL and 14,5 cm girth.

    Hey Moody!

    Welcome to the Gym

    It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

    Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft . When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.

    Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

            Back to update my earnings!

            I managed to reach my circumference goal around 3 months of PE. The 4º month I didn’t notice any additional gains and so I decided to start hanging. I started on 07/25/2021 and I’m on the 35º day. I made excellent gains in this short period using only extremely light weights. Here are my earnings and routine:

            Stats:

            BPEL: 19,7 cm (+ 1,1 cm)
            BPFSL: 20,9 cm (+1,3 cm)
            EG: 14,6 cm
            (I got +0.6 cm at the end of my 3rd month of initial routine. With hanging I didn't get anything)



            My routine consists of hanging 3x20 minutes in the morning and 3 more sets at night, wearing just 2.1kg (4.6lbs) every day, with occasional rests. Any doubts I am available.
            Stats: 19,7 cm BPEL
            14,6 cm EG

                I'm back and I have some comments to make. I discovered that I was taking the wrong measurements. Instead of measuring with the ruler on top of the phallus, I was measuring with it at my side and I believe that there may have been some interference with the gains. I also discovered that I was using a tape measure that was a little different from reality. she scored some more. so I'm quite honest with myself and decided to start again, this time measuring correctly.
                So, I come to update my routine and current statistics:

                Routine:
                Hanging 2x a day, 3x20 minutes
                Clamp 1h a day
                I do this by alternating exercises. One day I do hanging and the other clamping.

                Measurements:
                BPEL: 18.5 cm
                EG: 14 cm
                Stats: 19,7 cm BPEL
                14,6 cm EG
