    No stretching for the last 3 days.
    Seems I'm losing bpfsl so I'll give it a go tonight.
    I noticed a good stretch can be achieved after pumping for longer as well. I never used to do this, but it also further helps me incorporate stretching into my edging session, wich is a short-term goal of mine.
    I noticed my 2,25 tube is now fitting very well and I can pump from flaccid to a proper erection successfully. It's a thickwall.uk cylinder, so the quality of my pumping session has gone up a couple of levels for a few months now. I can now stretch effectively, get some blood into my unit and stretch for bpel using the tube itself. I now understand the way I have to pump, manouvering the tube in order to pull the base in the direction it exits my body, so that I can actually get some in-tube length. This was the reason for so long I was reporting a shorter bpel in the tube than outside of it. It was just me using a bad technique.
    But like I said, pimples are killing my success for now, I have another one at the base, it appeared a couple of days ago, that's why I stopped any form of PE. I wanted to try this benzoyl peroxide cream I bought, it says it only has 5% of the active ingredient, and I am actually beginning to wonder how good of a bargain it was. It was expensive, 20+ $...I does seem to work, but it's already been 2 days of use and the pimple doesn't even itch yet...

      I started hanging today with 1 and 2 kg.
      I was planning on starting with 3 and 4kg, but I'll just keep stretching and go with 2 kg for most of the time till I feel conditioned to go for 3 and 4. Straight down is the angle, I am working on stretching the lig as well, it seems to have potential from the looks of it.
      Bpfsl doesn't seem to increase with my 15-20 sec moderate stretches, I will start some hard stretching later today.

        I decided to do some edging and ejaculate to see how it feels, took 15 min and my EQ felt weak.
        It's nothing major to raport, I often have lower EQ after I spend a couple of days or more without edging for at least 10-15 min, with no ejaculation btw. For this reason I want to obviously get used to ejaculating more often, even more now that I think it might actually help with bpel gains. Why I think it might help is because of the contractions I get involuntarily after orgasm, it feels as if the more I try and tame those contractions with some sort of relaxation and rk movement, hard for me to describe still but I'll get better in the future, the fuller my glans gets and remains during orasm, along with the upper shaft as well, wich used to feel weak for my whole life for some reason, maybe this was the reason, bad orgasms and bad edging technique.
        Anyway, my EQ was low, but part of the reason I was getting hard easier was the stretching done before somehow. It might and be the CCs contracting heavier after the stretch or something, but it gets hard and the glans is hard to inflate, the CS isn't as strong either. So I guess lower EQ might be from stretching, but I also did some HIIT training before and drank a large, heavy juice I make with eggs, bananas, butter, peanutbutter, honey, ginger, cinnammon, apples and carrots, ate some meat and bread and stuff and I drank a beer after all this.
        So I am not completely sure why my EQ was low, but it felt like before PE for a brief moment, not being able to keep it hard to the max without my hands..

          So I didn't do any stretching or hanging till I felt my flaccid fuller and my EQ potentially going up.
          Sometimes after ejaculating EQ seems to be better.
          I am now doing a few hard stretches to check bpfsl a couple of times and I expect to have some nocturnal erections or something and wake up with a heavy flaccid tomorrow.
          I sometimes wonder if the amount of water that I drink is related to nocturnal erections.

            Waiting on the milf woman and waiting for this pimple to heal I took length work seriously again since yesterday.
            I started adding heat with this new 150w IR lamp I received recently, doesn't seem to hurt, makes the skin look nice to say the least.
            Started to add constant heat with it to my low pressure 20-30min pumping sets too, the heat helps maintain a constant low kegel with no other contractions to be made, I pack the tube quicker and it also allows the skin to look good after the set is done, no discoloration occurs with low pressure and constant heat actually.
            What I will do for today and tomorrow is ruler stretching and 1-2hours, maybe 3 h tomorrow, hanging with 2kg with constant heat sitting up hanging straight down, sitting on top of two yoga blocks with my feet locked and my hip parallel to the floor, imitating a correct squat/deadlift stance. I do this while reading, it's comfortable enough for reading when using a vac cap. I am pretty sure I can handle 4 kg easily using this vac cap, maybe 6-7kg too, and with serious wrapping, I could hang 10kg + if the glans could handle it, wich it probably could..
            I use no ADC or c ring, I only do some quick and strong kegels and reverse kegels throughout the day. I plan on getting better and better with both k's and rk's, to the point I can get a semi and flex it visibly through my pants (at home of course) with no (serious) sexual stimulation. I can do this with tadalafil easily, even on the second day. Even taking sildenafil once in a while will give a better ability to perform stronger kegels and maintain a semi for a long period of time for at least 12-24 hours. I kegel and reverse kegel one after the other, quickly (1-3sec) and with enough force to feel all throughout my dick.
            I exercise long RK holds with ocasional hard flexing when edging and pumping. and sometimes while walking (flaccid) too.
            Also, I don't seem to turtle at all compared to how I was before PE. It could be from all the time I already had spent wearing c rings for long periods of time, or it could simply be from the skin and lig stretch.

              Finally pumping again, no skin issues, this second 150w ir lamp is a lot better.
              Did 10 min in 2 sets of clamping and I am now back on track, like I was in march/april this year.
              I can't pump without heat anymore, it's better.
              It seems I can go further in the tube now after all this stretching with less pressure, I haven't gone over 10hg yet.

                Finally managed to successfully do a Uli like I used to do after a long pumping session.
                I am experiencing edging different than I was back in march/april, wich is a good thing because I can now seriously edge for longer periods with no difficulty, I've managed to stop myself from ejaculation with kegels a few times, I can feel my RK being stronger somehow even when walking. Depending on how tired I am, I can do a RK almost anywhere, even while walking, and drive a serious amount of blood into my dick like never before.
                I am using a bunch of things for my skin now and it's going great. One new thing I tried and also seems to work is alcohol, the blue one in the plastic bottles wich can be found in almost any marketplace. I've been dabbing alcohol on my dick after long pumping sessions in order to kill any bacteria after I already washed with water. I want to avoid pimples for as long as I can in order to make the skin get used to this new pimple-free pattern, so far it works great, the IR heat lamp really makes the difference though. It allows for no discoloration and the skin actually looks better than usual when I come out of the tube.
                So far it's going great.

                  Ok, so I have low hanging balls wich are also huge. I've had a testicular hydrocele surgery in 2019 wich went well, no problems there.
                  But I noticed I have these visible veins on my scrotum, on the left side. The internet says this is varicocele.
                  Anybody know anything about this?
                  Should I go treat it somewhere, does it affect my EQ?

                    I've been pumping a lot and my last pumping session made me realize something else. I seem to grow in the direction that my penis curves out of my mody. I've noticed most pornstars who obviously do PE have the same effect at the base, the ones who have the most visible curve coming out of their body having the biggest base girth as well, wich is my case too.

                      No more pimples.
                      I haven't taken either sildenafil or tadalafil for quite a few days, I started hanging from the base with my new wench hanger, 1-2kg yesterday, 1-3kg today, managed over 2 hours of hanging already and it looks very promising. But what's most important, and why I mentioned me not taking any ED drugs lately, it feels amazing, I get horny, hard and quick erections, sort like taking sildenafil, after hanging.
                      I am doing lots of firegoat rolls after pumping and jelqing, edging to max erection after each pumping set as best I can.
                      I took psylocibin shrooms for the first times these last few days, a few interesting things I noticed on mdma, psylocibin and other drugs:
                      -on both mdma and psylocibin I was very unable to get fluid build-up while pumping, ever for longer sets, I was getting large veins exposed and the skin was getting red quick if I were to use higher pressure.
                      -on mdma, as opposed to psylocibin, I could stretch my bpfsl to its max and over easier than I normally would, on psylocibin I would feel tight af when performing a stretch. Probably from the higher serotonin levels while on mdma and maybe the latter doesn't raise serotonin at all.
                      -on mdma I was the most able to stay at max erection and edge for a long time, on psylocibin I would have problems getting to max erection and even more with orgasm.
                      Things are going good, just thought I'd make a quick update.

                        I took 5 days off from pumping and the conditioning I had was lost. I now get skin injuries when going above 5hg, even when going to 5hg too quick.
                        I was guessing from the look of my dick that not too much deconditioning had taken place, but now, measuring 13cm+ right below the glans after 15 min pump, 15 min edging and 60 min rest. My veins were so visible and thicker, it basically has a new appearance, and again with no ED drugs taken since my last post.
                        I am now convinced I made some permanent girth gains along the hole shaft and glans. This was all the work from summer 2020 - late summer-autumn 2021, around 0,5cm all across the shaft I guess.
                        I am expecting the next time I get into 1-2hours low pressure pumping for consecutive days, I will eventually press against the end of the 9" tube a little at higher pressures.

                          I am taking some time off pumping and clamping.
                          I have been experimenting recently with ULIs and jelqing.
                          I am pleased with my pumping results, but the skin has to take a break. Unfortunately, my skin is something I never came across on these forums, easily injurable or something...I react badly to some types of lube, I also sweat a lot during the day and night sometimes, I eat junk food and foods that contain lots of sugar, and so on..
                          I will be stretching for bpfsl gains after jelqing and edging for 20-40-60 min, depending on my EQ. This will be my routine from now on.

                            I didn't do much stretching yesterday, today my Reverse Kegels feeled heavy and strong, I will stretch for bpfsl a few of times later on today.
