    As I mentioned in the intro, returning here after going AWOL for a couple of years. In the past, never truly managed to adhere to a routine for more than a few weeks. This may have been due to ignorance, lack of maturity, not knowing how to handle a perceived contradiction. The contradiction being that on one hand, I want to be my best sexual self while on the other extreme, part of me chastised me for caring too much about sex and cultivating a strong body.

    Oddly enough: whenever I get motivated to PE, I also get SUPER motivated to get a stronger, healthier body! Now those two things are win-win in my opinion, so I'll take it as the "wisdom of the body" trying to tell me to go through with this plan.

    Anyway the routine is simple enough:
    • 10 minutes: hot-wrap
    • 10 minutes: stretches + rotations in all directions (flaccid, pausing to allow erections to subside)
    • 12 minutes: wet jelqs w/ a 30-sec pause in the middle (~ 70% erection level, 5-6 seconds/stroke)
    • 5 minutes: testicle massage
    • 5 minutes: regular + reverse kegels
    • 10 minutes: edging (might try ballooning at some point later)


    This I do 3 times a week, resting 4 days.

      Back to the drawing board:
      - 1st week of June: two sessions only, with release through masturbation soon after... at some point I decided that maybe I got ahead of myself and PE is just not for me.
      - 2nd week: in spite of my misgivings, decided to give it another go. Again just two sessions, but NO release after the first session. Things were looking under control after the second session, but then I started worrying/obsessing way too much (started looking online for heat pads/other heating methods) which snowballed into self-induced horniness. The releases came soon after with one minor relapse to porn.

      Not beating myself up for it, I got a clear picture that I had gone a little too far. I then remembered the wise words of a veteran:

      Where PE is concerned, it should be kept as simple as possible without allowing it to interfere with other life areas.
      That's not an exact quote, but I think I got the gist of it. Basic principle is that getting lost in obsessions can negatively impact other life areas, and that is VERY counter-productive.

      So my aim for this week: keep it simple, get 3 sessions this week and while I rest, forget about PE and move on with life!
