          Yes, you want to be stretching past bpel to or near bpfsl. From what i've gathered there's a "sweet spot" for extender gains. Too little tension will yield no results & too high of tension could toughen the tunica resulting in very slow or no gains as well.

              Did some btc hanging this weak. After 5 hours of hanging I felt some fatique in the lower shaft and on the ligs. Still got some slight discoloration from pumping that needs to heal. Taking a break from pumping until the skin is back to normal. Things are going very well. Bpfsl has increased close to 23cm. Feeling very long and thick in normal flaccid state.

                              Reached a new bathmate record this week of ~8.75". I never thought I would grow over the end of my bathmate x40 scale. (the scale is 8.5" but the sticker goes up to 9"). I'm very confident I can hit my set milestone soon. Taking the next week off.
