So I've seen that many people keep a log of their exercizing, I thought this would be an efficient way to track my progress and help keep me determined... Who knows, IF, I ever decide to tell the wife about this journey she can perhaps come read all my posts here and see just how hard I worked to make her happy, considering she's never complained about my size or performance...
Day 1: (06-23-2010)
I this was before I learned of PEGym... I searched other sites and found a video on youtube (out of all places) about PE and Jelqing... I had first heard of Jelquing back in 2007, I didn't believe it though so I didn't care to try it... My main motivation to even search for such a thing was due to the fact that my wife and I are apart at the present time. It is what it is... My wife sent me some naughty pictures a while back and I sat here looking at them dieing to be able to touch her... I wouldn't dare think to touch another girl, so instead I wanted to learn how to be better for the next time I see her...
So, I did Jelqing for roughly 30 minutes... I warmed up with a hot towel, though it didn't stay warm very long... Didn't do any stretches, just Jelquing...

I found PEGym... O-M-G I thought to myself... This helped my determination... I literally searched the site the entire day and learned as much as I could... Later that night I started JP's 90 day routine... Only thing different was that I used a heating pad as the method to warm up my penis... It worked much better than the towel... Workout was good. Some parts of the routine sounded weird but I tried to picture all the workouts and perform them as accurately as I could... Didn't notice any differance in my penis, nor did I expect to...

I was excited to do my workout today... I performed my second day of JP's routine... This time, I felt more familiar and know I did the workout better than the day before... I spent roughly 40 minutes, from start to finish including warmup and warmdown...

I was tired... I actually contemplated just forgetting my workout and going to sleep... I motivated myself to be patient and not let my good track record go down the drain... So I did a session... Due to this, it was roughly a 50 minute workout...
