    Alright so here it is; My progress log from here on out. I went ahead and measured my starting Length and Girth a few days ago. I guess it's good to have some sort of reference for whenever I do start worrying about enlargement. Probably not all the measurements I need to keep track of, but it's a start for now.
    BPEL - 7.5"
    EG - 5.5"
    NBPEL - 6.5"
    Goal = NBPEL 8" ?
    I may be wrong because I don't have a female's point of view, but I really do think 8" is big enough for any women (perhaps too big for some), including most size-whores out there, unless she's one of the scariest porn stars alive or something.


    Now for the more important news here; I've reached a personal breakthrough this morning! This was something that lengthened my masturbation session tenfold, and once I thought about it, something just clicked...
    One of the many tips that people passed around about lasting longer in bed involved deep breathing. This seemed like a placebo to me at the time I heard and tried it. Now here's how I became a believer:

    I was going for an edging session, and thought "whatever, I'll keep trying this breathing thing again, and be more open and relaxed about it"
    Relaxed <--- that's how it started the click. I kept going and going, and controlled my breathing, forcing my heart to slow down, keeping the PNR completely at bay! I understand now! This was amazing and all, but I went for so long t hat I began to get distracted, and I started to lose my erection a couple of times, proving another point that being there and in the moment was as important as breathing. The only reason I ended the session was because I was short on time.

    I am much more at ease knowing this trick now; however this was just my hand we're talking about. Not the real thing, which I am to understand is a bit harder. I still don't have a 'real thing' to try this out on, so I'll keep working on that as well.

    Not necessarily a step toward MMO I don't think, but absolutely helpful!
    I am still going to continue working on kegals. I just wish there was a way to make those less boring to do. I'm too easily distracted. I also wish I knew of a good way to gauge my kegal strength or whatever... oh well, onward with the quest! This is good!

    Bad news.
    The significance of the "breakthrough" that i experienced since my first post was pretty much reduced to nothing upon further experimentation. I tried the same experiment as before, only involving lotion this time with my masturbation session. I kept cool, relaxed, and kept a steady deep breathing pattern just like before. Unlike before, however, My PNR came along after 3-4 minutes, and without even touching my PC muscles, my ejaculation went off. Either I am doing something wrong, there are things I still don't know, or I am much further behind in my sexual experience than I feared. This is frightening to me. I was going to buy a Fleshlight out of desperation if not for the fact that I am confident that the information in these forums could help me. I just need more time to apply the information; Time that I don't seem to have...

    The timing for this disaster couldn't have been better since I'm actually meeting women now, and at the very least one of which I am strongly confident I can sleep with. I may (or may not) be able to explain to her my situation. Maybe of all people, she might be understanding or even better, willing to cooperate and help me through this. I just need something to point me in the right direction. I will continue with my Kegals as usual, only this time less distracted. They may be boring, but they seem to be my only hope right now in taking a significant step forward. Hopefully I'm not overtraining. the fact that you can overtrain really irritates me to no end.

    Back to the drawing board...

    Gofig4 for you to overtrained I heared you had do like 800 or more Kegels. Remember the PC and BC are skeletal muscles so they also need to rest about every other day. That is norm for this muscles. SO how is your routine like?? You didn't mention it in your log just curious.

    I'm aslo trying to master the elusive Edging Technique . Good luck on your journey I will follow your progess!
