  • Story of a french PEer

    Hi all,

    I thought it was time that I start my log to keep track of my progress and benefit from the experience of advanced PEers.

    I started to PE in mid July with the following stats:
    NBPEL 6.1
    BPEL 6.5
    MEG 4.9
    I know that I'm average but was never satisfied by the size of my penis . Maybe I watched too much porn when I was young. So I decided to work on it to have the penis of my dream. The other reason is my wife: she's quite uptight and I think that a bigger penis with improved stamina and techniques would help to improve our sexual life... And Id like to hear her moaning like she never did before .

    I started with a routine close to JP's beginner one, progressively increasing the number of reps and the intensity of the exercises but had to stop during 10 days for family reasons. I restarted my routine yesterday but I measured myself before, and here are my 1 months stats:
    NBPEL 6.3
    BPEL 7
    MEG 5
    BPFSL 7.55
    I put some pics on my profile, but in private mode (I don't like the idea of the whole world seeing my penis).
    So I'm glad to see some results, especially considering that I almost stop PE for 10 days (I kept doing from time to time JAI stretches and a few stretches after shower, but not everyday).
    So here my routine, 4 or 5 days on, 1 day off:
    1) Warm up with a cup of warm water for 6-7 minutes
    2) 3 series of 30 seconds stretches in all the five directions (with kegels during the third serie)
    3) 20 min of wet jelq with an overhand grip (I used to do 30 min a few days before I stopped earlier in the month but thought it would be better no to start again at max)
    4) at least 20 min of edging as a warm down, but not after every workout.
    I do bed fowfers from time to time, for example when I wake up at night because of my kids, and JAI stretches almost every time that I go to the bathroom.
    I must confess that I tried ULI's a couple of time, during edging, and loved what happened to my penis while doing it. But I know that it's a bit early for these exercises.

    So here I am, very motivated and ready for the work.

      So I did my workout yesterday evening. It was fine. I jelqed for 25 minutes this time (slow jelqs taking 3 seconds to be completed).
      I felt a bit of soreness at the end but no pain. Then I edged for 26 min and cummed (I didn't wanted to, better control next time).
      This morning, the soreness was gone. Cool.
      I also realized that I forgot to post my kegel routine. It's based on a post of one of our fellow members (sorry, I can't remember who). I do sets of 100 kegels while in the public transports and try to maintain the 100th for 10 seconds. Then I stop for 30-45 seconds and start a new set. Generally I do 1000 kegels a day and 500 the day after. This of course doesn't take into account the kegels I do when I do my workout or edge.

        Another workout completed last evening, but it didn't feel really in shape. I'm going to take today off and see how I feel afterwards.
        I did the same workout as yesterday (25min of jelqing after the stretching) and egded for 28 min before cumming unvoluntarily. I hate cumming when I don't decide to!
        I must admit that amongst all the exercises that I do, the one that I love less is stretching. I think it might be because my grip is not the best one: I grab my penis using an overhand OK grip approximatively 1cm below the glans and it aches sometimes a bit. Any better suggestion of how to grip your penis while stretching?

          So yesterday was my day off. I only did some kegels and bed fowfers.
          I had pretty nice night wood.
          I might have been tired earlier than usual because I restarted at a too high level considering my 10 days' break. From now, I won't do more than 20 min of jelqing

            I tried to warm up with a rice socks yesterday. It felt quite nice and allow you to warm up while doing other things in the house without anyone noticing (though if they have a look at your trousers, they might notice a consequent change! ). I was a bit fed up of being stuck in the bathroom with a cup of hot water on my penis!
            I had difficulties to stay flaccid during my stretches, which was a bit annoying but, I think, happens sometimes. Then I jelqed for 20 min and then edged for 25 min. I was quite aroused while edging and sometimes reached the PONR without much stimulation. Even nice and deep prolonged kegels could put me on the verge of cumming. It might be the lack of sex (my wife gave birth 2 weeks ago, so no sex since then and for a while. By the way, I hope to get significant results for the time we can start having sex again, it could be a nice surprise for her ). Anyway, I ended by cumming without wanting it after 25 min!
            This morning, I woke up with a very nice boner and would have appreciated a bit of masturbation if I had time .

              Use baby powder this helps with your grip . Or rubber gloves or a wash cloth.

                Hi normalguy,

                Forgive me if you are already doing this - but putting some Baby Powder on your penis before you stretch makes the whole process much better. Without Baby Powder you can end up gripping with too much force.

                For me, Baby Powder is essential.

                    I'm definitely keen on warming up with a rice sock. It's cool.
                    I did my workout yesterday and tried to use a glove for the stretching as I didn't have baby powder but wasn't really satisfied. So I'm gonna buy some baby powder today.
                    I jelqed for 20 min and then edged for 41 minutes. I had the impression that after a bit more than 30 minutes of edging, my penis was clearly bigger than before (not visually because I edge in the dark in my bedroom while my wife is asleep) and I don't think that it was really linked to my erection level. It was as if staying at top erection level for a long time after my workout had resulted in a temporary increase of size. I don't if you've ever experienced something like this but it felt good.
                    And I also decided to ban my ruler because sometimes I can't help measuring myself even if I know that there cannot be any change from my last measurement. So my next only measurement will be on the 24th of september after completion of 2 months of PE.

                      I found my way to ballooning!

                      I did my third workout in a row yesterday and it wasn't great. It still aches a bit from my grip when stretching, and I had some difficulties to maintain my erection level while jelqing (I had to stop twice or thrice and masturbate a bit and kegel to be able to continue my jelqing session). I think that it's because of my tiredness.
                      Then I edged as I generally do. After 25 minutes or so, something great happened: I found out my magic spot for ballooning and I can confirm that ballooning is great, far more than edging . My edging/ballooning session last one hour and I nearly cum during it (I sent 2 small loads but remained perfectly erected and was able to continue). My erection was awesome through ballooning and my penis looked the same as when I tried Ulis (with kegeling).
                      Here's where my magic spot: it might help others to find theirs. I edge while lying down and what I put my penis in an upright position and lightly pressed with my thumb the base of it on the top side, at the place where the shaft meets my pubis. Then I kegelled hard (or maybe I reverse kegelled, don't clearly know, it was too intense) and that's it. What works for me is the combination of the upright position with the pressure at the base and the kegels. I should take a picture of what my penis looks like while doing it to compare it with a normal erection!
                      Hop that this will help some in their quest to the magic spot.

                        Occasional gentle BTB jelqs might help with keeping the blood-flow while you're jelqing.

                        BTB (Behind The Balls) Jelqing (BTB Jelqing)
                        I recently read a thread on this forum about behind the balls jelqing and tried it for myself, I can't stress enough how good this technique is. I don't know why it isn't better known!

                        Basically an easy way to get started is to sit down and hold your semi erect dick straight up towards your belly, then feel with your other hand between the prostate and the actual visible dick. The thing you feel is your inner dick. Use two fingers to 'jelq' it, you know you have it right when you can see that your outer penis is swelling with each stroke. Personally with each stroke I use index and middle fingers for the actual BTB movement and with my thumb and forefinger I do an OK grip and just at the end of each jelq I do a kind of mini outer penis jelq to get the blood trapped in there.

                        I'm not so good at explaining this sorry, haha. After 5 minutes of this my almost flaccid penis was the thickest I've ever seen it and remained easy to stretch for the rest of the day, if you hear about this and don't try it you're a fool

                            The idea is you're trying to massage your inner penis by reaching behind your ballsack. To find the right spot, it might be easier to check while you're erect--then you'll be able to find where your 'inner' shaft.

                            If you do them wrong, you're just massaging your prostate (I don't know if that's good or bad--forgive me).

                            I dont even know if I do my BTB jelqs right, but the way I do it seems to work. Usually I use them to restore circulation or get some blood-flow for jelqs. That plus kegels should help a lot (for keeping your blood flow going).

                            I do my BTB jelqs very, very gently-- since I only use it for circulation / bloodflow (sometimes between hanging sets too). I haven't tried using the technique for gains.

                              I had a look on the link to Thunderplace in the Caboose's page you mentionned and I do, with your last post as well, understand the principle and how to do it. This exercise seems awesome, as I was wondering some time ago whether there was a way to jelq the inner penis (this should obviously lead to more gain). So I will incorporate a few of them in my routine and see how it feels.
