    After 1 year of PE I have finally decided to keep a Log of my progress - it's time to get serious.

    I measured today & despite focusing on Girth in recent weeks - have gained slightly in length but no girth.

    So as at 6th August 2010

    BPEL 7.85"
    EG 5.5

    6/Aug/'10
    morning
    usual warm up - 10 mins with my water bottle
    5 mins light jelq
    4 sets compression squeezes
    5 sets Totem/graduated squeezes - 3 second holds
    5 mins jelq
    2 sets dick 'wiggles' @ 70% erect for 1 minute (there certainly is a real name for these)
    warm & cool down with bed fowfers for 10 mins
    1 cup lemon & ginger (tea bag), 1 cup cocoa, 1 cup Blueberry Tea - I like to drink these after my Girth sessions as an aid to recovery.

    Evening
    warm up followed by JAI stretches

    At the moment this constitutes my girth session.

    I welcome all & any criticism/advice. Main aim 6"EG - not that bothered about 8" BPEL

    Vulcan - have you considered adding a pump of some sort (dry/wet) to your sessions? While you certainly don't need them to increase girth, using them in tandem can only help (while I just got my BathMate today, I can already tell how it will be beneficial in my workouts in conjunction with my VacuTech). Another thing you may consider is your jelqing - maybe changing up the time and repetitions? Adding some flaccid bends and erect squeezes would be good as well.

    And for my own education, what are Totem/graduated squeezes? Please explain that technique - looks interesting.

        Sorry - should have mentioned, I have a Bathmate & will be using tomorrow. For some reason I am not getting the same expansion sensation that I used to get from Bathmate, when I first bought it.

        This is a description of the graduated squeezes, copied directly from NP97;

        You take one hand (grip hand) and do an Uli hold as far down on the base as you can (so you're erect while doing this).
        Take other hand (squeeze hand) and make an OK around your unit, either overhand or under... doesn't matter.
        Now squeeze for about a second or two. Do this, moving up the to the glans. You want to squeeze at about every inch. Not really important to be accurate. For instance, I'm 8", so I do 7 squeezes.
        Repeat going down.
        Then let go for a bit, get the blood flowing. Repeat, only this time face your squeeze hand the other way. So if you were overhand, go under, under, go over...
        Lube is not required for this, but I find they feel better when there is at least a little bit. I do them after I jelq anyways, so there is always something left over.



        I really thought I had gained girth - sometimes you have to take a few measurements over a few days.

            Hi Sidewinder, yeah the main reason I never had a Log, is because I am not that organised & used to convince myself that I was an eclectic PE'er & that somehow i would make gains without structure!

            Blueberries contain something that works like a VERY mild Viagra - I heard that somewhere ages ago. Cocoa is an eye opener - I really like it.

                    I am going to re-measure.

                    My Mother phoned me as I was getting ready to measure. Once I hung up, I went back to the Girth measure attempt.

                    It's like getting a speeding ticket just before you attempt a Land speed record. Null & void.

                      Hey Vulcan did you try Cledging yet?? I"m still new to this but to me it looks like I gained a little in girth. You also get some awsome expansion. I wont know for sure if I gained in girth until 2 weeks from now thats my offical measurments.

                      Here's a short story My girl was giving me head she said I was getting big I was like how big ?? She said ''wow big'' her eyes almost popping out . I give credit this from me Cledging.

                        You've made some good gains. I'm not sure I understand your routine (and I'm probably not the only one!). For the benefit of us who don't know what some of these things are, do you mind explaining? Here are my questions:

                        "2 sets dick 'wiggles' @ 70% erect for 1 minute (there certainly is a real name for these)"
                        I wonder if is a type of kegel? I figure that must be what you're doing. I haven't tried kegeling this way, maybe I will.

                        "4 sets compression squeezes" -- I see that this is on the MOS DVD; I wonder if its similar to a "Horse 440"
                        "5 sets Totem/graduated squeezes - 3 second holds" -- Hmm... never heard of these. It sounds like a manual exercise, but I am not sure.

                            The graduated squeezes are as follows (description by NP97) cannot remember their real name;

                            The wiggle things are when with about 70% erection you grip under the glans & hold the base - then make a gentle wiggle movement ~ it;s on the MOS DVD - I like doing it.

                            Lemon & Ginger are derived from 'Erection Tea' (the full Erection tea is best) which you will find the details on the site. Last night I felt I had over done it & started to feel an ache ~ I took all 3 drinks (inc the cocoa & Blueberry tea) and I felt much better. None of these 3 drinks have any real calories so I now drink them a lot.

                              Would you mind also explaining compression sqeezes? I've never seen the MOS DVD. I may have to check it out sometime...

                              I really like the fact that the tea has no calories. Maybe this is something new I can try. Does it taste gross or is it ok?
